I have been having a constant crash when trying to a) scroll through my creative invitory tabs. remove a block while standing less than three blocks away. c) activate a sequence of pistons (like with a hidden hallway or stair case) while standing less than three block away.
I have a working Forge installation (although it is not the bleeding edge release).
CCC is 1.0.0 and NEI is 1.0.1.
I have not tried to reproduce this without NEI.
Here is my console log
(sometimes this line: "at cpw.mods.fml.common.eventhandler.ASMEventHandler_7_ClientHandler_tickEvent_RenderTickEvent.invoke(.dynamic)" has "[...]ASMEventHandler_8_ClientHandler[...]" instead)
I may very well be a Forge/FML issue. I will be reporting this to the Forge forums as well.
EDIT:
I installed the latest recommended release of Forge and created a new world. I set up a piston on a clock to constantly pump, and after a few pumps it crashed again.
Here is an abridged console log.

Can someone help me, I installed Code Chicken Core and Not Enough Items (both 1.6.4) along with
Forge 1.6.4-9.11.1.965 and after clicking Play in the Minecraft Launcher, nothing happens; Minecraft doesn't start, no crash reports, nothing. Without CCC and NEI Minecraft will launch properly. Any and all help will be gladly appreciated.

This is just a server shutdown, so that is the entire crash log.
To reproduce:
Take an item that can stack to 256.
Shift-click from creative menu.
It only gives you one.
Put it in your inventory.
Crash.

Update java, you need java 7, and use spoilers next time, like so:
not quite sure if this is where i post bugs but this crash report happens whenever i look at a piston while it is extending/retracting
thank you. http://pastebin.com/1Ww2GRhr
Can someone please help me?I'm not that good at coding so I don't know what caused this crash.I think it has something to do with enderstorage or something. http://pastebin.com/p5xVZjTi

Go into \minecraft\saves\SaveName\ and delete the EnderStorage folder, I didn't get this error yesterday but it just randomly popped up today
Not sure exactly what the folder does but I can load the world after deleting it so screw it
Edit, yeah so not sure if this was related as I didn't have any chickenbone stuff in this part of my base, I also had no other errors except this one but I lost a Pech farm and about 1700 mana beans each due to a chuck regenerating....
Edit2, I dug into the wall near the regenerated chuck and my ME chest was still there along with all the beans, 2 blocks away from the regeneration..amazing, so I just lost a handful of Ender IO conduits and 1 autospawner...so it wasn't as bad as I thought
I Am curently Using the Attack of the B Team, witch includes Forge Microblocks. However, NEI shows a large amount of microblocks. In Tekkit, ( Imbus ) Microblocks were not shown in NEI. This was done server side.
Is there an equilivent to this server side?
Right clicking Subsets is not optimal, and has to be redone every time. The other option it seems is to add Every single Id I want to hide, but in Attack of the B team, that is a huge number of items and ID's.
Personally I would love a HideMicroblock= true option on the sever.
Have i missed something somewhere, or is there simply no way to do this serer side? ( The amount of microblocks also create a delay in NEI display of items on first log in )

I don't see anything that sticks outs regarding NEI compatibility (this error is usually caused by wrong Java version or having LittleBlocks or some other incompatibility), but I do notice Optifine is installed. Try removing it and see if that helps.
Also, just looking through, several of your mods are outdated: Forge, Biomes-O-Plenty, Railcraft, Thaumcraft, Baubles, etc. You should update them to fix bugs though it probably won't help with this NEI error.
( The amount of microblocks also create a delay in NEI display of items on first log in )
Thank you for your time.
I Noticed the Microblocks all have the Same ID, but diffrent number after.
Here is my FML log
I may very well be a Forge/FML issue. I will be reporting this to the Forge forums as well.
EDIT:
I installed the latest recommended release of Forge and created a new world. I set up a piston on a clock to constantly pump, and after a few pumps it crashed again.
Here is an abridged console log.

Sooooo....do? Only one way to narrow down the trouble maker, test it without your main suspect. But hey, thanks for the honesty.
Forge 1.6.4-9.11.1.965 and after clicking Play in the Minecraft Launcher, nothing happens; Minecraft doesn't start, no crash reports, nothing. Without CCC and NEI Minecraft will launch properly. Any and all help will be gladly appreciated.

To reproduce:
Take an item that can stack to 256.
Shift-click from creative menu.
It only gives you one.
Put it in your inventory.
Crash.
This does not crash without NEI installed.
There are items that can sack up to 256? ._.

Any help?
Update java, you need java 7, and use spoilers next time, like so:
Well, in some mods...
I tried after this without NEI and it did the same thing. I went so far as taking out all of Chicken Bones' mods and the same results happened.
I updated Forge/FML and Lite Loader to the latest recommended builds for 1.7.2 and it seems the issue seems to have fixed itself. It just did it again when I placed a piston that extended in to my face.
thank you.

This crash is haunting me since I started using NEI in 1.7.2... Nobody is having this issue (every smelt recipe crashes the game)?
Only with NEI installed crash: http://pastebin.com/mNwc83Kp.
Im running Java 7 or 8(not sure)
About Java
say version 8 update 5 (build 1.8.0_05-b13)
You need to configure MC to the Path for Java 7.

I Noticed the Microblocks all have the Same ID, but diffrent number after.
I Edited my NEIServer.cfg to this:
However my client still shows the items. The ID numbers were taken from what NEI showed in game.
