i installed minecraft forge and i can run the mod but when i install modloader my game crashes, i dont know why. can someone help me

Do not install modloader for any forge above build 109 or so.

Also mazejaker, because of where I live I am generally aleap when most people are posting stuff. I basically need people like DJG or MegaDude to help answer some of the known issues for me or I will have a full 3 pages to reply to. Now that you are here more regularly you may see the amount of repost of issues and even the amout of times people post stuff that can be fixed by reading the OP. ok first off i love this mod its amazing, i also like balkos weapon mod, but i hate that they are not compatible, how can i fix it so i can use a sheild with balkos weapons?
You can't, as stated in the OP

A: The mod will scan any item flagged as a weapon. If that weapon has a special function on a right click (other than blocking) it will flag the weapon as non-dual wieldable. You will therefore not be able to use the weapon in your off hand, with a shield or with another weapon. This is so there is no coflict with a weapons right click function and CANNOT be changed.
This is the reason you will never be able to dual wield many of Balkon's Weapons or certain gun mods which generall use the right mouse button to fire the weapon.
For this purpose, dual wielding is the same as wielding with a shield. This is the main reason I added a couple of weapons you can dual wield with/use with a shied.
Not sure if this has been pointed out, but dyed Knights helmets in the current release still show up as the default when in 3rd person view. It's no big deal though, I only noticed because I was testing different armour types to see if I still crash (I don't still crash, and have all the same mods installed!)

I'm not getting the 3rd person view of dual wielded/sheathed weapons, like back in 1.0 when you combined this with Smart Moving. Again, no big deal, at least it isn't crashing anymore
It was actually due to the fact that I released a new version 2.7.8 but realised after that there was a major bug in the rendering so had to "roll back". There is actually a problem with new versions of Forge and RenderPlayerAPI that I have a workaround in 2.7.8. Expect a new release with all these fixes soon. I couldn't dop it last night because I found the cause just as I was about to go help my dad with something, then I had ice hockey, so I didn't get home til about 1 am.
I'm having a problem similar to LiquidAmazingness, but I've been able to get the error screen to come up eventually.
Just a note, I am not an expert at mods, but here's what I've done. I started with a fresh Minecraft.jar each time I've tried to load the necessary files. I have ModLoader, Forge (minecraftforge-client-3.2.3.108), Player API (MC 1.2.5 - Player API client 1.3), Single Player Commands (SinglePlayerCommands-MC1.2.5_V3.2.2), Render Player API (MC 1.2.5 - Render Player API 1.2), Mine and Blade Battlegear ([1.2.5] Mine & Blade Battlegear - 2.7.7.1), and Too Many Items (TooManyItems2012_04_13_1.2.5).
When your instructions detailed that I would need a different Player API (SPC for PlayerAPI Patch 6.0 for SPC 3.2.2) I got that as well, but I wasn't sure if you meant get it as well or get it instead. I've ruled that out though as I've tried putting these on in various combinations and orders (the ones you specified first) however it has never worked for me. The last try was the bare bones. I only added ModLoader, Player API (MC 1.2.5 - Player API client 1.3), and Mine and Blade Battle Gear ([1.2.5] Mine & Blade Battlegear - 2.7.7.1). The error report is as follows:

According to the error log, you have my mod installed twice. Again, I recomend you start again from a fresh jar. Rememer you don't have to put my mod into the jar, just in the "mods" foldser (if its not there create it). I also recomemnd waiting til I release the next version (which hopefully won't take long)
Found out myself before. But still you can't use these functions of Optifine that has been mentioned... Maybe even more.
Is this an issue with my mod, or haveing Forge installed. Like i said before I know there was a big discussion about them trying to get in contact with the author of optifne to get compatiblity.

That is a good point, but I wasn't really getting help from them, I was being talked down to and when I brought up that I didn't like being talked down to, they started being all like "There's no point helping him..." But yeah, you may not be on much, but from what I've seen, when you are on you answer peoples questions perfectly (Well my last question you did anyway) :3
From what I can see, the 1st post was you saying about a crash and not posting a crash report, which is one of the things you will get flamed for here. Further posts showed you were actually trying to help the problem (and provided crash reports) So I was much nicer

do this: make .bat file with this :
START java -Xmx256M -Xms256M -jar minecraft.exe

Some of the graphical tweaks don't work such as void fog, and depending on the order you install it in the key bind for zoom is effected.

This is the reason you will never be able to dual wield many of Balkon's Weapons or certain gun mods which generall use the right mouse button to fire the weapon.
For this purpose, dual wielding is the same as wielding with a shield. This is the main reason I added a couple of weapons you can dual wield with/use with a shied.
It is a good point, I may think about changing it. Maybe I should add a new poll.....
It was actually due to the fact that I released a new version 2.7.8 but realised after that there was a major bug in the rendering so had to "roll back". There is actually a problem with new versions of Forge and RenderPlayerAPI that I have a workaround in 2.7.8. Expect a new release with all these fixes soon. I couldn't dop it last night because I found the cause just as I was about to go help my dad with something, then I had ice hockey, so I didn't get home til about 1 am.
According to the error log, you have my mod installed twice. Again, I recomend you start again from a fresh jar. Rememer you don't have to put my mod into the jar, just in the "mods" foldser (if its not there create it). I also recomemnd waiting til I release the next version (which hopefully won't take long)

Is this an issue with my mod, or haveing Forge installed. Like i said before I know there was a big discussion about them trying to get in contact with the author of optifne to get compatiblity.

From what I can see, the 1st post was you saying about a crash and not posting a crash report, which is one of the things you will get flamed for here. Further posts showed you were actually trying to help the problem (and provided crash reports) So I was much nicer
