A few major bug fixs...
Version 2.4.110
+ Lumberjack uses less wood.
+ Lumberjack now show his wood count.
+ Lumberjack uses the new distance code.
+ Miner now digs one shaft lower.
+ Trader accepts coal as payment now.
+ Trader no longer sells coal.
This mod really helps on worlds that start out with almost nothing. For example I had one start with 2 small islands as far as the eye could see and 1 tree. After some work to grow that tree to a small forest I was able to put these guys to work. Now I have a FULLY stocked base including a double chest full of redstone. The only thing missing is Neither Wart for potion making.
I would really like to see some 32x skins to go with CrEaTiVe_ONE's Medieval pack and other texture packs. Also one little tweak if possible is to be able to set these guys up to go in different directions like spokes of a wheel. Right now they all have to go in the same direction. You have to make sure that they don't work on top of each other. In other words I could have a farmer going north the lumberjack going east the miner going west and the trader in the south.
Please don't listen to the others who try to make your mod more like another.
There are too many mods that try to do too many things and lags my lame old laptop to a screeching halt.
Just keep your mod doing one thing and one thing well,
then we will mix and match mods to get the functions we want.
That said,
anyway to let the config file define what block is used by the miner to line his mineshafts?
I'd like them to line any air or water/lava with glass blocks.
Then I can see if there's some goodies on the other side that I'd like to dig out to.
Hey, guys... I have started working on 2.5 where you can place the blocks in diferent direction... I have to rewrite a lot of code so i will take a few weeks... heres what I have done so far
Neat mod but its a bit buggy, the guy gets confused or lost. They also like to commit suicide frequently.
I don't understand the Stick setup thing. Doesn't make any sense or its not confirming that I changed something.
The diamond hoe farmer only harvests wheat. Seems he gathers double then whats grown!
I use Magic Loader with this mod.
Is It possible if you could remove the height restriction for flatland worlds? I'm trying survival mode on flatlands and It would be really helpful with a trader and wood cutter haha
its nothing like minecolony it does not make buildings or create economy all it does it a mine, farm food, farm wood, and a usefull way to get ride cobblestone that's it nothing else so stop comparing it to something that its not
They are very glitchy. I like the mod but the guys jump too much trying to get around an invisible object it thinks is there and then cant walk right. Sometimes it commits suicide and I kind of don't like that it removes everything above it when it starts to clear land for farming or something and doesn't collect those blocks. Anything you could do for that?
Awesome Mod, But, Its Incompatable with JP Lights Mod.
When Right clicking on the block it will turn into a brick wall light, : P Just warnin ya.
Edit: I can't place it in Superflat O.o It just breaks as soon as placed...
Hey, I finsih the miner, on the next version you will be able to place him anyway you want...
Thankyou so much for the consideration of removing height restrictions!
So is the new update v2.4? (I haven't paid attention since the last time i used miceworkers mod XD)
Awesome mod btw, one of my favs. Keep up the good work!
you need to install modloader, then drag the .jar into the mods foldercan someone make a 64x textures patch for this?
