At the moment, I have a world I've been using for both practicing building with themes and testing out NPCs for a later world... the thing is, I have more potential NPCs than the cloner has save slots. Would it be too much to ask for a few more pages for the cloner?

This should have like a trigger system... So you can change what NPCs say after you talk to them the 1st time, or can you already do that I couldn't find that function?

EDIT: I was also thinking about you could adding animations to certain NPCs, like the Human ones, so they swing the sword/axe/pickaxe, like steve does. Or Shoot a bow.

can you use this in multiplayer without everyone in the game needing it? Because I'm trying to make "quests" on my server and this would make them way better

That's not even been done in the history of computer games.
People connecting would still need to DL the mod and your Custom NPCs.
AND minecraft is not designed with that feature.

Guis, animation and models are all done client side, but not everybody understands that I guess.
Well with something like spout it would be possible, but people would still need to install spout client side.

I love this mod, and I try to keep up with every release! But I think that if you added a role such as "friend" that followed you around and you didn't have to pay would be great. And maybe other roles such as "miner" and "lumberjack" would be great.

Hey why not add a cow, pig, etc, passive mod models in for npcs. It would serve some purposes for some maps, like mine I could use Brahman for cows because no natural animals spawn in my map because the only grass int he map is hidden.
