what it does is in work mode it will shoot ghast fireballs at any hostile mobs in the area. the only difference between the furnace and this core (AKA ghast core) is that the projectiles will damage the landscape
another corestone could be like this
this one could make it so that all wheat in the area will grow faster. if any dirt is nearby grass would almost instantly grow on it and if any grass is nearby flowers and tall grass will grow on it.
im not sure if this is in the mod but just wondering what if u could add an enchenment table or a brewing stand and u have a portable enchenter or brewign stand or maybe it could have some effects like the furnace golem like the brewing stand throws random potions that could damc age mobs and not throw potions like instant health etc but like poison or slowness and maybe the enchenter could give a chance of enchenting some items idk something like that but i really like the mod and i was wondering if there is going to be more tiers?

The achievements in the notebook should be unlocked when you make the golem it corresponds with
all the achievements in the notebook are just that, nothing event like where you have to, for example, ride a golem off a cliff or something, they just sorta list the special combinations you have tried and tell you when you've done it right
Maybe you could give them names that vaguely hint at the combination?
Just go through the list of golems marked done&included in the list of golems, each golem with an ability has an achievement and every achievement (except for the notes) are linked to a golem
the only golems that's combinations aren't listed are the ones to spawn me, notch, and coalheartly (people already discovered loligator704's)

When you build a golem all out of cores , you should be able to fill ALL of its cores with CORESTONES , wich gives you a multi-use golem . But also it could give you a factory golem , that produce soulsand , golem heads or cores blocks only ( DEPENDING on what you put in its central core
Endergolem : Another chaotic idea of Enderlord ! This would be neutral , and have the same property than enderman . It spawns naturaly , around the bedrock limit . It will dissolve in Hostile Slime Golemheads , when you provoke the endergolem .
Slime Golemheads : They are created ONLY by the endergolems , and they are just Violent Pumkins that jumps on you to kill you like the slime . Hes eyes are flashing , so you can regonize it easy .

The good thing is that the Pigzombie Union is not in favor of that Constructions , and will help you fight the Mad Golems .

I already listed your end portal seeker as something we might try on the google docs with your name on it
I already thought about having golems with more than one core, but I realized that it would cause some unpredictable conflicts and errors that I would not really be able to prevent
and the entire idea of naturally spawning golems sounds kinda interesting...
I like your ideas, however, you can't expect me to respond to them all every time, I don't have that much time on my hands :-/
And to anyone else whos posted ideas on here: a lot of ideas I've seen posted I've liked, but again I can't respond to them all, If I really like them and they are possible and haven't been mentioned yet (or thought of by us) they are probably just going to be posted in the google docs list of golems with credit to your name
Definitely sounds interesting ... but I think I am going to have to refrain from downloading this until it gets a little further into development.

Is this only me, or is there a glitch where if you have obsidian for arms, wooden planks for legs and a chest for the chest the golem glitches and is chestless?

The mod doesn't seem to work for me. I'm using java.exe instead of javaw.exe since I like to see stdout and stderr output when running something, and that revealed quite a few exceptions being thrown all over the place...

I know nothing about the internals of the mod of course, but as a programmer, my educated guess is that a path for creating the golems_s.dat file (this has something to do with shrines, right?) is being assembled at runtime, but the Java String that is supposed to hold the compiled path, or one that took part in the compilation of the string, is/was a Null object. Logic suggests that said Null string is a result of the missing worldInfo field that let to the first exception... of course I could be completely wrong.
Now I'm not sure if all of this actually matters and you just left those exceptions be since "normal" users don't see console output anyway, and the mod actually does work to some extend (probably without shrines), but I don't want to begin a new game only for having to start all over once I want to start with golems...

They just kinda spawn anywhere at the moment...they are kinda really broken, I'm working on them
Aside from that, I love your mod. I have been messing around with your mod for an hour trying to find notch's golem combo XD
