About 8 of them on screen, a couple in the darkness so you can't see all 8, and another few in the distance on the left off screen. Very fun :biggrin.gif:
Would be cool if their aggro range was a lot higher. Currently they don't even move if you're not within like 25 meters or something like that.
This is a bug, currently in mc they only generate a path to you if you are within a certain distance to you, ill fix this next update.
faster would be dumb. but more teleport and teleport to nether would be awesome
I disagree. There's literally no other way for them to catch you otherwise. They only move as fast as the player when his back is turned. It's actually very easy to get away from them... if you're aware of their presence.
Sweeeet :biggrin.gif: Do Cybermen and Daleks :tongue.gif:
[classic] Daleks would be awesome in a ravine. *warbling* Curse you for jumping! Stairs are the enemy of the Daleks, stairs must be exterminated *end warbling*

No, I will not subscribe to your channel because you asked... but I might if it's *good*.
Cool, glad you liked it. :smile.gif:
Thanks for adding it.

have you considered reskinning these for higher res texture packs or are you planning to leave that up to people
who do texture packs?
I have just started to look into a hi res skin for the angels. I still need to figure out all the correct placements, should have some time tomorrow to finish it up.
Heres a pic of the first test with a face :ohmy.gif:
I found some of the placements.
Though, this is the GENERAL placements.
H= Head works like it does for 99% of skins. (FROM LEFT TO RIGHT) Right side > Front ^ Top > bottom v left side > back
B= Body works like it does for skins as well. (see above)
A/L= Arms and legs are the same look. So be careful on how you edit that.
PL= The Standing plate or stone they stand on.
W= Wings. No idea what goes where because of the terrible original skin. But that little red edge at the top are the TIPS of the wings at the bottom and top.
In terms of the mod itself: The teleportation of the player is broken as ****.
So, while I edited the skin and such for my texture pack and started to take pictures, I was randomly teleported at least three times while flying around the map and/or walking in a cave.
It either teleported me into another cave or outside again.
Id say lower this chance to so low, or just remove it entirely.
But I do agree increase their speed.
Also, a slight bug? Depending on how I turn my player, will the angels start to move.
If Im looking north and they are west of me, they move.
If I look north west and they are west of me, I barely see them on the screen (with the FOV) they do not move
BUT if im looking south and and they are west they do not move,
If I look to the south east and they are west they still do not move.
Well, It's hard to explain so I may make a video, but if you got it enough, It may just be the FOV.
You should make it so the angel drops angel parts when you kill them. You can collect the head, 2 wings, body and feet. Once you have all the pieces you can build one and decorate your home with it. Make its eyes glow too.
A slight bug I found comes with vines, I think it's something to do with vines being coded as non see through items when they are actually, but if you look at them through vines they move just fine.
That doesnt change the fact that The teleportation of the player
is broken as ****.
Thats Doc Who.
This is Minecraft.
A game in which we play.
THEY can teleport for all I care, just that teleporting the player is more annoying and broken than the actual Scare factor they have.
No one cares what you think or want. This entire mob is based off of Doctor Who, if he changes the FUNDAMENTAL aspects of it, he'd be ruining it. 75% of the scare factor is teleporting for me.
That's how they're meant to work, they DO NOT teleport and making them do so would be stupid as ****. I think, even more than just teleporting, that teleports should take out a significant portion of health. As if it was really killing you.
Thinking about this earlier, I relized that Endermen are alot like Weeping Angels. First of all, looking at an Endermen will basicly turn it to stone and as soon as you look away, it kills you from behind. These thoughts were inspired by some random guy with a picture of an Enderman with the words "Dont Blink" Under it.
Because they are unbreakable stone. They are meant to be invincible.

I could tell that I was an unwanted child when my parents gave me a Toaster as a bath toy for my 1st birthday

I'm upset though, theres no season for 2012)=
Overall, I rate this mod as epic as :ph34r.gif:
