Optifine_Classic_A = Compatible

CJB Mods = Compatible
hey man i just downloaded the new version and i quickly notice something that was in the older version that not in this
one this feture was the fade feature it was the main reason i use it i know you can disable a bar eg the health bar so
you can not see it but if it changes you still can't see it, my advice is to make so if something changes you can see it
then let it fade out unless you are playing in hardcore mode in hardcore mode you can't see anything of your hud
(sorry for most of my gamma english is a 2nd langue for me)

The fading will return. It's not in version 1.0 because it's been build from scratch.

So Far so good.
I REALLY need WMLL merge. :/
It's funny that you bring this up, because I have features like WMLL planned. As well as world coörds and chunk coörds.
I have got this working with Rei's minimap but the HUD keeps resetting no matter what and moving the level counter over more to the hunger almost overlapping it :/ and when i set it to how i like it the hunger shakes and then i eat to replenish the hunger bar.

It seems you have the saving glitch. I'm not sure what causes it because I'm saving the data the same way that Minecraft does, so it should work.
What is your OS? And has minecraft created any folder called Advanced HUD in your .minecraft folder?
I was disappointed that the HUD doesn't fade in this version, it's the whole reason I got the mod in the first place.
I don't want to HIDE my HUD, I just wanted to keep it out of sight until I needed it, It made things much smoother and it felt a lot cleaner.
So I won't be downloading this until fading returns, usually I stay true to mods I love, but I can't for this one :\
But keep up the great work, man.
I hope to see fading return soon, I really loved this mod for that.

"Wait... is this a hole? It looks like a hole...When did this hole get here?" The greatest thing I've muttered while playing minecraft.

The hiding of the HUD bars was made so machinima guys could film Minecraft without the HUD and without having to remove the arm. That was this mod's original design.
Even though it looked clean, it wasn't quite as clean in the code. And I'm horribly ocd when I'm coding, so I'm glad I redid the whole thing, even if it means we'll have to do without some of the features for a bit.
Don't worry, the fading will return in the next update.
Toggling fullscreen with F11 resets the positions.
I'm not able to recreate this. And I'm not sure how this can happen, as the mod does reset the positions, but only if you haven't moved the HUD element. Otherwise it will reposition the thing based on it's relative screen position.
I will check for holes in the code.

You should rename "Cursor" to "Crosshair" and "Item Bar" to "Hotbar"
Doh, makes sense really. Though I can't simply rename the Item bar to hotbar because the other bars are also named 'namegoeshere bar'.

That'll be nice if you could turn on a grid that shows up in the background when repositioning things. Also snap to grid.
Yes, I've been toying around with the idea of having the HUD element snapping to the x or y axis / grid myself.

Thank you.
You will be able to rotate a bar 90 degrees in a future update.
My OS is Windows 7 and I KNOW for a FACT that it did make a folder.
is there a way for you to implement a saved position for the HUD so when you go into the game again, it will stay exactly how you put it? if its there, it doesn't seem to be working for me :sad.gif:

Are you still finding a way to do it in 1.0.0? Or it will never be the same again? Or I'm stupid and haven't found the option?
please I loved the fading, it made minecraft look clean :'(

Could you guys please run minecraft from commandline and see if any error pops up in the dos window?
