My Project; The Kingdom of Atan! Take a look, you can use it for maps, servers or just looking around! Find out more here:
Pretty sure there is a conflict between this and the new API the creator of MO creatures created. i crash after awhile of exploring, which i did not before.
So... With the Twilight Forest, the Aether, the Nether, and the End, that's FOUR alternate dimensions once everything's finally all to 1.9 :biggrin.gif:
Gentlemen... :angry.gif: Charge!
Cool mod, but just one problem.
I'm getting some chunks of invisible blocks.
I tried to do a screenshot, but it crashed when I did that.
There's still a problem where it sometimes won't show the edges of the naga arena the first time you encounter one until you place a block or save and reload. It's not a high priority, but I will get it fixed sometime. Was that the bug you were having?
snip...
What I was getting is (16x16x16) chunks in random locations where there blocks we're there. I could walk on them, the black wire frame cube was on whatever targeted block, and mobs we're walking on them. But they we're not rendering, the blocks themselves we're invisible. I saw a similar bug in one of the vanilla 1.9 pre-releases also.

Well done, but to survive and surpass the Aether (it is very possible ( especially since the Aether has not been updated yet)), this mod will need more than just trees and dungens. Consider adding new ferns, mushrooms (and giant ones), ores and maybe a super bonemeal to grow mega-trees :smile.gif:!
Is anyone elses not working?
By that I mean minecraft works but then when I complete my portal and throw the diamond in....nothing happens
I was just having that problem too... and I figured out the issue: When making your 2x2 pool, the 4 blocks at the bottom also need to be grassy rather than plain dirt. Once they're all green, then you can fill with water, surround with plants, and toss in your diamond to activate the portal.
Very nice mod. The atmosphere is great with the lighting and stars and fireflies and trees and... :smile.gif:
I may design my BigTrees/GreatWood mod (here) to work well in parallel with this one, intending BigTrees/GreatWood to only modify the normal world.

My pool worked fine with a plain dirt bottom. I actually dug out the 2x2 hole, filled it with still water, threw my diamond in... then surrounded it with 12 flowers. When I completed the flower square, the lightning struck. I was pleased that doing the steps out of order worked. XD
Which is odd. I dug my 2x2 pool, surrounded with yellows and reds and mushrooms and grasses in various combos per the picture in the OP, got squat. It wasn't until I tried having grass under the water that it finally worked for me. Oh well, I'm in the forest now. :smile.gif:
Thank you for this Mod! It's awesome. I spend an hour with my 3 year old daughter "looking for the wizard's castle". She loved every second of it.
The one problem I've had is that when you go to the Twilight Forest and return the spawn point in the regular world is reset to just under the Twilight Forest portal. This interferes with another mod I have installed, Tale of Kingdoms, which depends on the map's spawn point staying the same, and has the result of moving all it's NPCs out of thier castle!
I have my minecraft so dimensioned out. I have the Aether mod, this mod, moon mod, and skylands. Added to the nether I have 6 dimensions in my minecraft world. (6th is the normal world)
I'd just like to say, this is a beautiful mod. Perhaps a suggestion? The ghosts due to their crowns look quite lethal. Perhaps the ghosts could just be normal and weak, and randomly, like spider jockeys, one will don a crown and be extra hardy? It could pulsate, be extra fast, have a lot more health and teleport when attacked? Something like that.
The crowned ghosts that floated around really creeped the **** out of me until I found out they were pansy weak.

I can confirm that it does work. Make sure you're using the Modloader version of Reflective Water.

BTW: I'm using 1.8.1
(I don't know anything about any arenas)

I like the massive trees, good for making a tree house but my computer dies when I try to destroy a block with timer :tongue.gif:

You have some code that looks like this:
minecraft.theWorld.setSpawnPoint(chunkcoordinates);
You probably want to put that inside an conditional that checks if minecraft.theWorld is the twilight forest.
