Ice castles:

This picture is from the dungeon pack mod it is for the idea of how big it is
They spawn in glaciers rarely and have zombie ice spawners inside them. The loot is like normal loot, but sometimes there is ice skates there.
Ice skate zombie:
They spawn in ice castles or in dark areas on glaciers. They wear ice skates and sometimes they wear grey leather helmet or iron helmet which prevents from sunburning too. The ice skates makes them move very fast on ice (like a running player) so they may be hard to run away from if you don't have ice skates yourself. They are easier to kill than normal zombies and have lover attack strength. The baby version of them goes even faster (running player with speed) but have problems with crashing into blocks as they haven't learnt ice skating yet.
-Health: 14 (7x❤️)
-Attack strength: 2-3 (❤️-❤️)
Drops: rotten flesh, grey leather helmet, ice skates, iron helmet.
Ice skates
Drop from ice skate zombie makes you move faster in ice and easier to control. (Walking is like running, running is like running with speed)
No crafting recipe.

Fairy:
While looking for pictures I found an outdated mod with a lot of pictures Fairy mod 1.2.5 I thought this would be worth reading if fairies got added
-Fairies are small female humanoids with simple leaf clothing, blue wings and brightly colored hair. They have the ability to fly but the like to stay under 10 blocks near the ground. If provoked they attack. They follow their Queen who is bigger than the others and wear a crown. She have a wooden sword. If provoked all fairies 5 blocks around attack including the Queen.
-Their natural habitat is enchanted forest but they rarely spawn in twilight forest and dense twilight forest.
-Health: Normal fairies have 5 and the Queen has 10
-Attack: Normal fairies attack 1-2 and the Queen attack 5
-Drops: Feather and glowstone dust. Queen drop crown which can be worn both for decoration and makes you the queen.
Turkeys or ducks
I think there should be something for chicken in the twilight realm since it is bighorn sheep, deer and boars, I think there should be turkeys and ducks. They both drop chicken they just have different skins and maybe if you add ducks they are more likely to spawn in the water or near water or something.
Images: (adding now just have to change site)
And.. Can you make rabbits, birds, squirrels and penguin tameable by right click and they are in your head like in mo creatures. And if you have a bird on your head you can glide like a chicken And make so the big sheep in enchanted forest is tameable and rideable? It would be soo cool! :-)
PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY DO NOT ENTER THE FOREST WITH MO' CREATURES INSTALLED YOU WILL NOT HAVE FUN IT IS AN UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE IT WILL HURT.
Seriously - Twilight Forest + Mo' Creatures = Pain.
I love this mod, though.
Dynamic Lights also goes well with it.
Get mob spawn control or mob spawn control 2 so you can disable the mobs you want for the biomes in the twilight forest :-P
Hmmm, I've just thought of something. Deer are the TF version of cows, Boars are the TF version of pigs but yet chickens are simply chickens. How about turkeys as the TF version of chickens?
Edit: Didn't see glittersusanne's post suggesting this when I made this post.
It shouldn't be destroying ore. If you see it replacing ore with stone, that's because it moved the ore somewhere else. It should only place ore into the following blocks: dirt, grass, gravel, or modded blocks marked as equivalent to stone for ore gen. It also may place blocks into air blocks, but only if it has already started in a solid block.
And yes, it may occasionally move blocks that just contain the word "ore". That's because there's no real definition in the code as to what an ore block is. Maybe I should check if the block has a smelting recipe?
As I thought more about it, I figured that must be what is happening. The ore isn't being destroyed but moved back underground. I'm ok with that.
As to how to handle ore, you might want to consider looking for a different method for determining what ore is. You could look for a smelting recipe, but where would that leave things like diamond (or any gem), lapis lazuli and redstone which don't have smelting recipies? Also if you are just looking for "ore" as a word in the name, you could end up pulling up machines if someone makes one called an "ore processor". Alternately, you could create an entry in your config file where you specify the ores that you want your miner tree to interact with, and that way mod authors/server owners could also control if they don't want a particular ore brought up by the tree. If a server owner didn't want Ars Magica ores brough to the surface, then they could just disable it in the config.
You could also set a config as to how deep into the ground it goes looking for ores to prevent people from pulling up things like Dark Iron Ore (Factorization) which is found close to bedrock. I don't know if it looks all the way down to Y1 or if it's a certain distance from the heart of the tree that it searches.

What's so bad about chickens? Probably Ben thought chickens would be OK, and besides, we have penguins in the glacier.

What's so bad about cows and pigs and sheep? Not sure about you but I haven't seen any chickens out in a forest before. Now turkeys, I see them things all the time behind my house. I'm not saying chickens are bad but with boars, deer and rams replacing the normal overworld peaceful mobs then why not chickens as well?

Well, I'm not sure if Ben had thought of any other gamefowl to replace them at all.
Excuse me, I'm wondering if this mod will be updated soon or something for the 1.7.X or its planned for 1.8.X version of minecraft :3
Oh dearie me....
It will come soon for 1.7. I might sound cynical, but it will take a long time, since Mojang went cuckoo in the head and had to mess up the game code. As for 1.8, it isn't released yet.
There's nothing special about downloading or installing this, it works like most other mods.
What kind of "real information" are you looking for ?
What "directions" do you need ?
If something is not working for you then say what, so we don't have to guess......
I read about the mod. It is so cool. I waited awhile because it was only for server. When the mod was updated I tried downloading it and installing. I read the directions. Minecraft went from versions 152 to 162 to 164 to 172 to 174 with snapshots in between. Forge and McPatcher were reversioning also. Texture packs went from texture packs to resource packs. Mods went from dropping into jar files to mod file placement. No possible way to make an error, really. Some installation advice said to use forge, fml or forge universal. No confusion there. But then, don't forget the mod loader. Which one? The minecraft launcher looked so different I thought it had to be malware. But it wasn't. Of course no one would forget to delete the Meta Info. I'm pretty sure I didn't. Or did I? Well, the mod updated for server, but then with the new launcher, all versions (?) are supposed to be server. Or are they? So when it didn't work I tried it again, after reviewing the directions, thinking that I had been in error somewhere. But it didn't seem to matter how I installed it. Now I have other Errors and McPatcher doesn't work the way it's supposed to. I have to thank you for responding to my post. I'm still waiting for the big Uff da! Where I realize I didn't plug in the electrical cord for the appliance. They always put that in appliance manuals, to check the power cord before returning the appliance. So, it looks like a great mod. It's like a little kid looking in the window of a pastry shop. But I don't get to go in and make a purchase.
I'm really not sure what the problem is. I'll have to wait. I think McPatcher or MineCraft is sick or not functioning correctly so I'll have to do clean up dates. I was afraid to do this before, I was afraid I'd delete needed files or ruin my game.
One thing that would really help? If modders realized how confusing it can be to deal with file structures you're not familiar with, that in the Read Me they posted the mod name, the version, whether it was for single or server, anything that distinctly identifies the mod or even resource pack. This is the added benefit of giving themselves credit. If it's not listed it's not identifiable. The associated utilities or mods that it depends on along with the conflicts. It's not a criticism, but really they would be doing themselves a favor. Many of the resource packs the maker demands not to touch a single hair on any of their files, oh, I mean minecraft resource pack files; they don't list this in the read me of the file. I can understand why, but I'm not a pack distributor and it kind of leaves me wondering what the expectations are. Thanks, I'll get back to it eventually.

you can't screw it up like that
it is a simple install
pick up the forge installer for the version you need and run it
it will do all the jar file modification and launcher stuff you need
Most mods will tell you whether they are client/server only, If they don't say it is probably universal.
dump all the mods into the mods folder (matching the forge and MC versions you have)
select the forge-ified version and run
and so long as you don't delete the saves folder (and maybe the resource pack) you won't lose anything permanently as the launcher will re-dl anything that is missing (minus a forge modified version of the jar file and mods)
too many people these days don't have basic computer skills. I blame the #$*( mobile OS's with the apps and garbage
You seem to like Mythical Bosses, I have a few ideas for some if you like.
If you seem interested then here is an idea. If you like it tell me and I will share some more.
Orthrus/Cerberus Boss.
Biome:Dark forest.
Hideout: Cave den.
In the front of the Cave Den are a bunch of Mist Wolf (Forgot what the big wolf names are) Spawners that you need to destroy and 1 Giant pile of bones. Destroy the Pile of Bones and the Orthrus/Cerberus will hear the break and will wake up from a slumber.
Moves:
Grab and Juggle - Grabs the player with one mouth and tosses you up and to the other head repeatedly for 3 seconds. Does 12 damage without armor.
Slam - Slams both heads on to the ground, if hit does 17 damage without armor, but will stun the Orthrus/Cerberus for 2.5 seconds.
Simple Attack - A simple touch to the skin, if he touches you like a zombie would, it does 6 damage without armor.
Move ideas but no exact definition:
Swipe
Dig (Pokemon Attack)
Bite
Summon Wolf.
Drops:
Fur (Might interfere with Mo' Creatures but I dont know for sure.) X 24
Cerberus/Orthrus Tooth X 2
Craftings from drops:
Fur makes fur armor, when worn gives the ability to disguise with Mist Wolves, and tame them with bones. (Taking armor off they will still luv u)
Cerberus/Orthrus Teeth make the Cerberus/Orthrus Dagger, causes a 'Bleeding' effect, or in other words a combination of Blindness, Wither, and Nausea. Lasts for 6 seconds per hit. No time stacking like most mod weapons that cause debuffs. Does 7 damage per hit.
Thanks for reading if you did.
If you like, I will be willing to share the idea on a Phoenix.
EDIT: Removed a Percy Jackson reference, seems to be some confusion there.
I am a fan of Percy Jackson and there arent many mods with good Mythical monsters from the book series in it.
*Facepalm*
Those mythical monsters didn't originate from the Percy Jackson books. They come from greek mythology. You DO know those books are based on greek mythology right?

I never said these were based off of Percy Jackson they are just monsters in Percy Jackson.
Dont put words in my mouth.
If you think thats what I meant well I can remove that completely.

Well the way you worded it made it sound like that. I didn't put words in your mouth, those words just simply got misinterpreted. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

OK. Seems legit.
If Ben had changed the model for the Carminite Golem, it would be good of him to add a turkey as a TF version of chickens.
