How make a hoe? I'm reed manual on CS wiki and it not work.
How make item when display mob health when I right click it on mob?
CubeX2, how make recipe of multi page chest which use diamond block instead of diamond?
Just to make sure, you have tried copy and pasting the example here and it didn't work? Try removing the comments to make sure they are not causing problems
About making an item that displays mob health when you right click the mob, there is no event that can currently handle right clicking a mob, so not possible yet.
About changing the recipe for multi page chests. Try using a custom stuff recipe file with the following in it. Not completely sure it works because I don't use multi page chests, but worth a shot. You will need to replace 'MPC' in the code with the id of your multi page chest.
Ah, I was referred to this place for the customstuff help, but I understand I'm in the wrong place.
Thank you for your help Flamarow. The mods folder was indeed conflicting with the jar file.
I'm really close to having everything work now and I'm asking the port-forum for further help.
Questions like this actually belong on Minecraft Port Central (MCMP). The custom stuff mod for bukkit is a port done by someone other than CubeX2, though with his approval. The only reason I can attempt to answer your questions is because I have my own private modded bukkit server.
Anyways, if the mods are installed in the .jar file already, it does not need to be in the mods folder. If it has been installed in both, it will obviously be a problem. Also, there is no such thing as modloader for bukkit (or smp). For servers, you will either use modloadermp OR Forge Mod Loader. Since it sounds like you downloaded the integrated build from MCPC, you already have Minecraft forge and Forge Mod Loader, meaning you don't have much reason to mess with the jar file.
Since you already installed custom stuff into the .jar, I would recommend trying to run the server with an empty mods folder. If that does not work, try downloading a new integrated build .jar and put the custom stuff port into the mods folder, not the jar. If you have anymore problems, either send me another message or ask for help with the problem on MCPC.
Did you set usedrecipes in your container file for your furnace to the same value as your recipes and fuel? Also, if you are trying to make your furnace accept both vanilla recipes and recipes specific to your analyzer, made sure to put no spaces in between like so (replacing csfurnace with w/e used for your recipes)
usedrecipe = "vanilla,csfurnace"
Yes,I'm sure that I set them all right...and my analyzer just have one recipe,no vanilla
This is in regards to the multi page chest. You may or may not be aware of the Sphax Texture Pack addon for this mod, but there is one. Currently, it does not work. The patch worked when you used two separate files for the top and sides of the chest, but when you moved to a single file, the patch broke. And a simple copy and paste of the files into the textures.png doesn't work because the block searches for 16x16 pixels for its texture, not 64x64 or 128x128. Is there a way to change this or a tutorial on how to change this?
Bug list from me:
1. Torches drops correctly but use hardness of their damage values. So it destroyed not immediately.
2. Ladders and trapdoors drops and use hardness of their damage values. I'm do not can climb on ladders - this bug too.
3. Items (normal type) have double size. Screenshot.
4. Upper part of door don't use hardness of null damage value but drops correctly.
5. Stairs ignore hardness too.
6. Maxstack function does'n work with blocks.
7. Bug with transparency (you know about it).
May be I shell post here video about bugs later.
1. That should be fixed in the current version.
2.The drop and hardness should be fixed in the current version and the not able to cilimb on ladders will be fixed next update
3. In the next update there will be an attribute for that.
4. Should be fixed in the current version.
5. This too
6. Will be fixed next update.
7. Is already fixed.

If you want to use 64x64 textures, you have to use a 1024x1024 texturefile and put your 64x64 textures into it.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
I'm on twitter: @CubeX2_. Follow me for upcoming features and other stuff ;).
This is EXACTLY what I've been looking for... thanks so much, I think you should add a description to your main post though just so people know, for custom stuff that is. Byt thank you a lot!

The wizards are extremely out of date by this point and will almost guaranteed give you syntax errors if you use them (causing guaranteed crashes). I recommend you avoid using any of the 3 wizards in the first post. Just download the 2.3.1 help file and use the tutorial in it as a reference alongside the wiki found in the first post.
Well, I can make recipes, but when I create a item the game crashes. What is happening?
I would need to see your recipes to know what the problem is, but make sure your recipes are using existing IDs (either vanilla, other mods, or custom stuff). Also, make sure you remember to put double quotes " around the recipe just like the example in the 2.3.1 help file or the wiki. Try those and if it doesn't work, give use an error report, code for your recipe, and maybe code for the item being crafted from the recipe.
Also I found the bug with attribute noburning in custom armor. When armor in my armor slot, it function work fine. But if take it from slot and put to inventory, I'm not burning too. What's you think about it?

Ah! Thank you! The problem with the code was my mistake. I forgot to specify the location for where to check for block id. Your script file should now look like this.
Hello everyone. I'm creating a mod for SMP on the Bukkit. I use Custom Stuff 2.3.0 for 1.2.3. I use settsontainerintdata and gettsontainerintdata for my blocks. I use a container files for my machine blocks. In SSP mode, everything is fine. In the SMP I have many errors and sometimes crash the client.
If anyone has information about the correct use of these functions in SMP, please write here or PM me. (Sorry for my english, I'm from Russia.)

Unfortunately, I have not tried that version because I am using the bukkit server for 1.1 of minecraft. Anyways, make sure that the server has the exact same config as your client does. A block having a wrong ID or a missing recipe can both cause client side crashes. If they are both the same, try joining the server without the client's scripts. I think when playing on multiplayer, it will try to run BOTH the client's scripts AND the server's scripts, causing some odd glitches including ghost items if spawned from scripts. Hopefully something here helps but no guarantees.
If it does not, try posting the error the client receives when it crashes. If you cannot see a error before it closes, make a .bat file with the following code inside it.
@ECHO ON
"C:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2_06\bin\javac.exe" -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar minecraft.exe
pause
You might have to change the location in the code to point where javac.exe is actually at depending on your system.
I'm hoping that MCPatcher will be fully compatible with Minecraft Forge soon. I made some support textures for this mod and Misa's texture pack, and I don't really like to see that work wasted because the Forge team openly stated that they don't care about MCPatcher, and to use OptiFine, which not unlike Forge, is incompatible with of so many things. OptiFine is trying to get a lot more money than it should be, and is using poorly done attempts at things that MCPatcher already does.
I love the More Furnaces mod, and I hope that soon I will be able to use it again, because I haven't been able to use it for a long time, thanks to forge being incompatible with everything.

I tried many options and even those that you described. While I can not send the crash log.

If you don't "like to see that work wasted", just post a download link. I am sure at least a few people can easily get your textures to work with optifine. Also, what mods do you use that are incompatible with forge? The only mods that I know of as being incompatible to forge are relatively new mods and mods that are purposely incompatible with forge.
What are you talking about on optifine? I use optifine with plenty of other mods and so far have not run into any incompatibilities caused by optifine. About the money, optifine require no payment for the mod, just like MCPatcher. Finally, MCpatcher barely does anything past HD compatibility and animated textures. Optifine on the other hand has most of the features the mcpatcher pack has plus optimization for minecraft. This means a performance boost from 30 fps on my computer to 120+ fps on the same computer.
Yes, it's work fine. Thanks!
Can I put my configs into minecraft.jar? How make it, if yes?
Glad to see it works. As far as I know, putting the config files into the minecraft.jar doesn't do much of anything. The only files that would do much if placed into the minecraft.jar would be texture files for your blocks and items.
I tried many options and even those that you described. While I can not send the crash log.
The .bat method that I suggested should have guaranteed that you could get a crash log, if you have the right location for your javac.exe in the .bat file. Once your minecraft crashes, the error report will show up in the command window that was brought up by the .bat file. Just manually type the first 2-4 lines of the error if you don't know how to copy from MSdos.
How make a block which dropped item with id 1526 if I destroyed this block by diamond pickaxe? And if I destroyed it by wooden pickaxe, this block drop wood (id 5).
How make a block which dropped item with id 1526 if I destroyed this block by diamond pickaxe? And if I destroyed it by wooden pickaxe, this block drop wood (id 5).
The following should do what you want it to. If you want the block to drop colored wool, just change the 0 in (origin, 5, 1, 0).
It's not working If destroyed with wooden pickaxe - drop half of door (id 64)
If destroyed with stone pickaxe - drop stone
If destroyed with iron pickaxe - drop iron ingot
If destroyed with golden pickaxe - drop gold самородок
If destroyed with diamond pickaxe - drop diamond самородок (id 1256)

Yes,I'm sure that I set them all right...and my analyzer just have one recipe,no vanilla

speed=200;
usedrecipes="analyzer";
smeltingRecipes.addRecipe("264 29000 1", "analyzer");
fuels.addFuel("29001 200", "analyzer");
I don't know where the problem is...if I change "analyzer" to "vanilla", they all works...but if they are "analyzer", then nothing will happen

Flamarow, I'm do not copypast hoe example from wiki. I'm write it self:
