This is SUPER COOL! Makes the game look so much better. The small biomes are really disjointed.
I've been making an huge map of the Pathfinder D20 King Maker lands but now I've got ice and snow accumulating here and there so I've suspended work on it. You mod makes me wonder, is there any way to turn off snow and ice biome activity?
Uh... yeah! I'll post it as a different mod soon. But, since you suggested it, I'd like to know: what biome would you like to replace snow and ice biomes, so basically instead of snow and ice it'll be that biome.
well both mods modify the ug.class file so im going to say there will be interference between them. is there any way you could make a ptm patch for your mod?
All you have to do to make this work with the PTM is to download the PTM FIRST and than InfiniteBiomes.
Hello sir xcellent mod i just made a video on it and posted it on youtube it is uploading as we speak id appreciate it if you posted it on this page but your choice my youtube username is thingthingisalive thanks! =

Cool thanks! I'd prefer to use a Rain Forest or Forest biome. You rock! d(>.<)b

Alright! From now on, the Tundra and Taiga biomes will be replaced by rainforest biomes. It's good, though, because rainforest biomes are fairly rare, and with Tundra and Taiga being so common, there'll be more rainforest!
Anyway, thanks! I'll have a post up as soon as I can!
OMG EPIC! i am going to try the Micro Biome! I Imagine it only 1 block of sand surrounded by 8 blocks of water around me!
Erm... micro biomes is only small compared to this mod. It's actually about 3x bigger than normal. If you want REALLY small biomes, google my TinyBiomes mod. That'll make them big.
What do the numbers beside each size catagory mean? I installed the medium size (i think... thats what I downlioaded a few days ago, but it apepars the mod has been updated since) and so far I've traveled for 7 game days in one direction and i still havnt go tten to the en d of the desert biome I started in. Its really hard to play without wood >.> Halp!
I just got back from vacation, and here I am checking in with you guys. Someone requested an even smaller size, so I'm going to release a 2.5 size, hopefully that'd big enough for you guys.
1) Will this affect the biomes in an already generated world?
EDIT: I tested this (unfortunately) and I think it does affect already generated chunks. My world (at least the area I checked) became all shrubland when I had a mixture between savannah and forest.
2) What are the numbers in brackets mean? I assume they represent the size of the biome, but what relation is each number to the size of the biome?
Well, the numbers in the brackets mean, yes, the size, but I'm pretty sure it's chunks. Such as, the default biome size, 1.5 means a minimum size of 1/2 chunks? I'm not to sure, but I think that's it.
I just noticed your Poll, and I would like to suggest that you avoid using ShockAPI, as it currently conflicts with the Minecraft Forge API, which is currently being used by almost every major mod out there
