You messed up the coding or you have failed to install it.
I recommend to update minecraft and re-install everything. Also copy 1 of the pre-made ores and paste it under the "</newore>" and re-name/change properties in the newore/newmaterial.xml. If the error re-occurs than I recommend to ask my friend FritzC.
Diamond has an alternate recipe with charcoal, producing 1 diamond.
Prythium and Cebranium work like Iron and Gold. cobble produces 1 ore, mossy cobble 4 and obsidian 8 ore.
Prythium can be used as a fuel.
[FUEL]
// ##############################################################################################################################
// Here you can define your own fuels.
// syntax: FuelItem BurnTime
// FuelItem - item to burn.
// BurnTime - time the item will burn.
//
// NB! burn time for generic wood item is defined in config.txt
// NB! one smelting takes 200 units of time by default - this can be changed in config.
//
// Commented-out (they already are in the game - no need to add them again) list of all vanilla (MC1.3_01) fuels as example:
coal 1600
charcoal 1600
stick 100
bucketL 20000
prythium 4280 //Prythium Ingot
prythiumchunk 535 //Prythium Chunks
prythiumblockchunk 4815 //Prythium Chunks condensed
prythiumblock 38520 //Prythium Condensed
cebranium 5000 //Cebranium Ingot
the custom fuel mod config.
Cebranium has a toolset, 64 uses and an efficiency of 40F. this means any of the tools cut through pretty much every material, except those set to a standard time (like Furnaces). it also appears the custom blocks aren't completely effected by this.
anyway, the use of cebranium is as an Obsidian Miner. still figuring out the most balanced efficiency, and figuring out how to make it correctly respond to things. up next is Titanium.
you know my ideas already, but the current most "urgent" requests:
-removing the "ore" limitation. right now we can make a block, and that block -when mined- will drop itself. but it still has to have a material it smelts into. could we have an option to disable this "smelt" option, allowing for the creation of new stone blocks? CustomRecipes already allows for custom smelting recipes so i can smelt it into anything i want anyway, i just don't want my game to clog up with unneccesary and useless items and blocks.
-add a "spawn in nether" true/false line. this way, we can make Netherores, something i think is badly needed.
I'll add the smelt option 100% for sure on the next version.
you should add the option for armorsets like you have the toolsets, that would really help for my mod, I can't figure out how to make armor in modloader

How did you make that custom/smelting stuff? Please tell me!
Hey FritzC! I was wondering if you could add a option to turn the condensed block off? It gets annoying try to texture condensed blocks for the ore pack.
Thanks it works great. But yeah I agree with whoever said there should be a nether option, armor would be cool to but I would want the nether first. Also is there a way to specify if only diamond can break your material and so on?
I really like this mod,It makes adding my own ore ideas such a cake walk :biggrin.gif: .Now do you plan to add armor adding and special effects for Tools? For example a Pickaxe could cause a large amount of light to emit when its used.
I Don't Get It Yo.
I Get A Crash.. Everytime
So I Thought.. Conflict
Fixed It Up
.. Still Crashed
Forced Update
Reinstalled Modloader
Reinstalled AddOres
.. Still Crashed
HELP ME!!
start=> search/run bar, %APPDATA%, .minecraft, and then open your Modloader.txt. copy it here.

Diamond has an alternate recipe with charcoal, producing 1 diamond.
Prythium and Cebranium work like Iron and Gold. cobble produces 1 ore, mossy cobble 4 and obsidian 8 ore.

the only thing i really want is the ability to shut down or activate more properties of my ores.
IE, i don't need a condensed block for every ore.

-Netherspawning yes/no
-armor yes/no

you'll need Paint.net or something like it
start=> search/run bar, %APPDATA%, .minecraft, and then open your Modloader.txt. copy it here.
