Hi, your mod looks great, but I feel like it's teasing me because it's not compatible with 1.8. I see your post about making it soon, I'm wondering how soon? My roommates and I are looking to mod our server tonight and I really want to use yours, but can't if it's not available for a few days because my roommates wont want to be starting the server over again for about the 4th time in 2 weeks.
In short, do you have an ETA for 1.8 compatibility?
@jbond98 you really should get into habit of hitting the "multiquote" buttons then hitting the use full editor, why? that was you can put all your quotes on one post instead of having 5 posts to answer 5 people.

Making mods requires you to decompile the jar file, since 1.8 is barley officially released today the program used to decompile is still being worked on. It would be extremely hard to make this mod for 1.8 now because the programs are not updated yet.

The problem is that 1.8 is only going to be released today, and there will probably be a lot of other versions attatched to it, so I don't think i'll have time to update until the weekend, sorry. But if it is a solid update and there aren't going to be any more updates after it for a while, then i'll update either today, tuesday, or wednesday afternoon. Just the problem is that MCP won't be released for a while. So i'm looking at this weekend. The earliest.

I know about that, I just don't want to use it :tongue.gif:
1. It bumps this post
2. My post ranking goes up
3. Profit

I love this mod because it adds items that are not overpowered in the game. This definitely maintains the original feel of minecraft. One issue I have is that, looking at the screenshots, the corrupted wolfestone armor set looks too weird.
Suggestion-----
It would be better if the whole set looked like diamond armor (colour shaded to wolfestone of course). Then, try to add a sort of orange/red tint from the edges of the armor pieces. As for the helmet, it could come from the top and slowly fade onto the back & front of the helmet. The chestplate's tint should come from the bottom side (the side it meets the leggings). As for the leggings, you should make it from the top and fade downwards. For the boots, start from the front of the boots and make it fade along the sides towards the sides of the boots.
Hope this helped improve your texture for the armor ;D (I'm NOT a pixel artist, tho. Just thought the red dots should not appear all over the place and look like solid dots)
Really love this mod, probably will try v1.1 tomorrow. I've got school tomorrow so gotta sleep soon.

I will take your ideas into consideration, I do not have a lot of time to make changes to previous textures though. If you would like to try making it yourself, I can send you the texture files. And thanks for trying out the mod :biggrin.gif:

I actually already suggested explosive arrows before he released 1.1.
