Wait, where do you put the resources.zip file? Cause I cant see where you have to go. Thank you so much! I needed this video, even though it doesn't have sound. I was trying to look all over youtube for the installation video, so, I thank you... with some diamonds! :biggrin.gif:
One more question, does this mod work with the uranium mod?
720p and full-screen may help. :wink.gif:

I based the new model off of my old model, along with actually basing it off the model of the chicken's. Though, exactly what is strange about it?
I really, really liked the old model. It was probably my favorite of your dinosaur models, which is strange, considering all of the amazing work you've done.
It just had the original Minecraft feel that pigs and skeletons do, and I can't really say the same for the Iguanodon or Creepzilla.
I'll just tell you what I don't like about the new model, as opposed to the old one.
*Head goes past the neck.
*Arms are longer
*Legs are very thin
*Eyes are a strange color
They're tiny details, sure: but when it's such a small model, you have to focus on things like that. The end decision is yours, of course; but I still think the original Compy has much more charm.
Also, I saw your post in the dragon thread. Your textures + an amazing dragon mod = a dream come true.

There is some technical restriction of Minecraft's modelling program.
We can't just make a model and then import into the game. Not that simple.
In minecraft's modelling, all model was described as its own format.Base on geometry.
It's much difference with what 3D software like 3D-Max,Maya or AutoCAD does.
Also, the texture in minecraft modelling is limited. This is the most problem of making complex model even using Techne.
Also, about EXDragonith's design.I must discuss with art designers before using it since Mr.EXDragonith isn't in our team and he's doing their jobs.
This looks like a really awesome mod from what I've seen but can/does it work for mac
users???
so if you are going to do another update try if not already make it for mac :smile.gif:

Those are some good points, but I'll note some of those.
The head actually doesn't go far back, it's really just larger than the neck:
As for the arms, it's just 1 pixel longer. The legs have always been skinny, even in the old model. As for the eyes...I think the shape is more of an issue than the color. May need to change that later...
Those other two dinos you mentioned (Creepzilla & Iguanodon) may be making a comeback later...:wink.gif:
Though, I do agree they weren't my best work. x-x

Understandable. I'd like to apologize for just barging in like that with the models. Hope this doesn't affect us later if I can still contribute to this mod. ^^; Though, I hope you can still put those sounds I gave ya to use without any problems. That is, if you want to use them of course. ^^;
Just wondering what happens if you uninstall this mod when you've generated a world with it installed? I know the dinos and items disappear, but what happens with the fossil blocks? Do they just disappear or will it crash the world?
Even yhough i know they were fake, can we get pheonixes and dragons? maybe have a DNA mutater, and we can mix things like feathers, flint'n'steel, leather, and dino DNA, to make these new creatures. please consider this!

Dragons already exist in other mods currently out. Phoenixes would be interesting however, despite not really any relation to archaeology hypothetically speaking.
Sigh ): I raised my first dinosaur it was a day away from adulthood.. I left it in its pin to go get some sand. I come back and hes missing.. I fly up into the sky and searched around for 20 minutes.. No sign of him.. ToT
R.I.P Jeffrey Trihorn. ):
He didn't even finish his ancient fern..
Somtimes I swear I can still his a faint "grrr" from him..
By the way, does this support multiplayer? I'd love to make a jurassic park sorta thing with
-Dino Zoos,
-Nursuries,
-Fossil Mines;
-Archaeology labs and quests,
-Dino hunting range (watch out for the T-Rex)
-Dactyl Flying area.
----------------------------
P.S
-When is the Parasaurolophus coming out...? It's my fav dino.
(lol)
------------------------------
P.S.S
Maybe cross-breeding dinosaurs?
example-
Tyrannosaurus + Pterodactyl=Large, agressive flying dinosaur with large (not too big) head, attacks other pterodactyls.
720p and full-screen may help. :wink.gif:

Why don't you use your old model for the Compy? The new one just looks strange.

Thanks. :smile.gif:
I know about that, though the chicken uses the normal size for the textures. Being that, I don't really see a need to expand on the size.
It already does?
