Does this work on SMP? If so, is it detectable?

Yes it does work in SMP, and for the most part is undetectable. It's just an updated version of an XRay mod made a while back, not yet updated to 1.7.2

There is no way to detect client modification unless it will send requests somewhere

I've just changed class names in methods, fields etc to make it work. So hotkeys are same:
X for Xray
V for cave finder
C for night vision

Not downloading, sorry. I think it would ruin the game's objective, mining and all.

1. it does not work in multiplayer (yes im the admin) (and we dont have any anti-mod plugins)
2. in multiplayer it stays in high contrast mode and you cant turn it off

There really is only a point for this in MP :sad.gif: maybe I'll download it and tamper with it > 3> but... I probably won't accomplish much o .o thanks for it for now either way xD

Download and extract ModLoader in minecraft.jar then extract Xray in minecraft.jar

Maybe make it workable on SMP? single player you just need to use invedit :3

You can't hide water with the xray or highlight mobs in SMP.

Funny but some classes had problems like:
1. do.a function call(do is reserved word in Java)
2. bt.a(there local variable(of type double) with same name)
So i've replaced with MyReplacerClass and compiled. Then changed back with JavaBite.
