i know this is a stupid question but i dont know what to do with the queen bee.
Build an apiary for her, set it down, and stick her in. She'll slowly produce wax combs and honey combs. Producing combs wears down her durability, though, so you'll eventually have to get another one.

[Scott]: Things I have managed to get in the last five minutes, in order of ascending importance: cobblestone, planks, lapis lazuli, redstone, gold, coal, diamond. VERY LOST.

so.. we are abusing this bee?! lol jk
I didnt know she will wears off... good think i got few more xD
So i have a couple of visual issues with pams (only visual though).
I have AlgaeCraft and Pams Harvestcraft, i've gone through both configs to make sure there are no conflicts, and Forge reports no conflicts at all in its log files.
If i remove AlgaeCraft, that block instead changes its name to 'tile.null.name' (http://puu.sh/3YNk1.jpg)
If you middle-click it, you get a Lobster Cage (pams ID#) in your inventory.
If you let the fruit ripen and then harvest normally you will get the actual fruit that it should be (in this case a walnut).
Only other issue that i have discovered is these 2: http://puu.sh/3YN8O.jpg and http://puu.sh/3YN9a.jpg
In the first picture, it is a scallion seed, in the second picture it is a grape seed. If i middle-click either of them, i get a tile.Crop.name item with a black/purple texture.
This is in Minecraft 1.6.2 running the latest version of HarvestCraft for 1.6.2
I think I found a minor bug in Harvestcraft. After harvesting some cotton, I pressed U to see what recipes it's used in. NEI reported 3 pages of recipes, but one of them was quite odd. Specifically, a shapeless recipe with two cotton next to each other creating a stack of 2 cotton. Radishes says the same thing, and woven cotton has 3 cotton in an _| shape creates a stack of 3 cotton.
I confirmed it's not due to ID conflicts by disabling every other mod except Forge, and the odd recipes still work. Leftover from something else?

Ah, so it's a Forge bug? There are two cottons in my world (yours, and Natura/Tinker's Construct.) Curiously, there is no second radish, so I don't know why that would have a transformation recipe. In any case, they don't actually transform anything. To be useful, two Natura cottons should generate yours, and two of yours generate Natura's. Instead, it's just two of yours = two of yours. *boggle*
Still, I'm glad to know it's not an ID conflict on my end. I'll ignore them (and pray Omnitool gets updated soon...)
That's quite confusing, because until now all other mods use the IDs I enter in the configs. But if this is the normal thing for Pams Mods it is ok for me. Thank you
It's not that it's normal for Pam's mods, it's normal for all mods. It's just that several mods already accommodate this shift in their configs. Several of the mods I use still use shifted IDs, but quite a few have changed how their configs are generated so that the IDs listed in the configuration file are already shifted - so what you change it to is what it appears as in-game.

No, I put those recipes in there on purpose. It'll let folks exchange my items for another mod's items but only if they're registered the same in the Ore Dictionary. If not, it just gives back two of my items.
First, awesome job on the mod, very enjoyable.
Any chance you can make hardened leather able to dye like regular leather armor can be? I figured colored wax, colored regular leather, wouldn't be too much of a jump for colored hardened leather armor. Right now I have more iron than leather so I tend to make iron armor but if I could color the leather one, it would make hardened leather my armor of choice.
Also it would be great if you could get the presser that's used for getting honey/wax out of combs to process more than one item at a time so that like with an oven you can put in a stack and just come back to take out a stack. RIght now I have to do it one by one cause it refuses to do more if one is already pressed.
I think you should add (To this mod) A map that tells you how to make everything because I am trying to search how to make things and I can't find ANYTHING that I can make with the harvest mod and I have so much seeds and other things I can make stuff with I just don't know how so I guess you could say adding a crafting guide would help A LOT.

May I suggest the mod Not Enough Items? It will give you every recipe that uses a crafting table or furnace from all of your mods. Plus, some people do add-ons for it to add in tools from other mods so you can get their recipes as well. It's quite useful, and I think it's amazing with Pam's.

Also, flipping through recipes, do hot chocolate and chocolate milk really have the same recipes?

These are Ore Dictionary transformation recipes.
