Would love to see these mods be modloadermp compatible, I run an SMP LAN Server for my family and they would love to have these to work with.
on a side not you may want to consider using the Minecraft Forge API, Scokee is currently migratiting scottools into it and it already provides unlimited sprites as far as I understand.
No, I am not letting my mods be in any packs, comps, or collections at this time.
Also, I have said repeatedly that I am going to port my mods over to Minecraft Forge. Stop asking me to do it. =(

Sorry I read quite a bit of the forum, but didnt see anything about Minecraft Forge, I saw mention of needing more sprites, I just wanted to let you know of its existence not try and force you to use it.
Again I appologize for any frustration/stress I have caused by my post.

It's not just you. Lots of people keep suggesting it after I have already said like ten times that I will be. I am waiting most likely for 1.8 because I want to see the changes Notch does to food/farming himself and even if Minecraft Forge will be supported after 1.8.

Eh, the forge will be supported after 1.8 thats for sure.. Eloraam and Spacetoad(Redpowder Mods and Buildcraft, respectively) both use it to modify base classes, not to mention the fact that eloraam is actively adding 2 it.
But i must say you bring up an issue i see, Minecraft Forge was created becuase alot of people used redpowder/buildcraft and the authors didn't want them to be incompatible - so i must agree that if the project fails and gets discontinued at a later released (not 1.8) there will be reminants of it somewhere...
Would you allow me to make a video showcasing the harvestcraft mod?
Sure, but I won't be posting it in the OP as an embedded video. I'll post a link there in a new update and then post the embedded video in the news bump post.
the harvest mod and the cloth mod look like this file:///C:/Users/user/AppData/Roaming/.minecraft/screenshots/2011-08-14_16.14.35.png please check it out

You have to upload the screenshot to somewhere online to post it here I believe.
managed to finally find some salt after flying across my map looking for cave entrances, however i only got in total a stack and a half of salt and about 3 stacks of coal whilst doing it. also, the breaking animation of the salt is messed up. the entire block turns dark and what appear to be lava-like particles emit when it is being broken.

Well, each salt block drops 4 salt.
And yes, the breaking animation is going to be dark and will show lava particles when you break it. This has already be brought up.
I think there may be a way you can get other mods that edit the tall grass compatible with this. I don't really know how modding works, but I'm thinking if you could make a different type of tall grass that drops the seeds added with this mod, but make them look exactly the same. So there would be 2 different types of tall grass that look the same, but drop different stuff, and then maybe there would be more compatability with other mods. Please let me know if this is a possibility.

This is a possibility but it would be extremely annoying on the user's end. Is this the correct tall grass to punch? No, what about here?
So far there are only two mods that have issues with BlockTallGrass--Nature's Overhaul, which is fixed completely my installing my mod over it and Nandonalt's Seasons Mod, which he is working on a fix for.

There's also better than wolves mod which is the compatability problem ive been having because you can get hemp seeds from tall grass. And if users want there could be a slight variation between the different tall grass.
I'm not really a big forum user, so I'm not sure if my next statement is true or anything.
But that DesertCraft/CactusCraft, has already been made? Like, they are both identical. Does the creator have two accounts, or is this guy stealing from that Nandolt (Sorry?) mods?
:S
Sorry, I'm probably very wrong.
While you're wrong, there is nothing wrong with bringing that fact up. Yes, Nandonalt has made a cactus-based crafting mod but his mod stops at being able to craft the basics. His mod allows for tools, a workbench, and making torches. My DesertCraft mod not only adds in cactus tools (of sprites of my own design) but also cactus sticks, sandstone tools, and glass steel tools. I also codded in the recipes to make EVERY wood, stick, stone, or cobblestone item in the game to be made with cactus blocks, cactus sticks, or sandstone (or a mixture of various materials both old and new). Plus, I added in more sand plants, including a new crop.
Nandonalt noticed my new mod in chat the other day and laughed, letting me know my mod was better. I'm sure if folks are concerned, I can get a written statement from him (as my chat logs only keep for a day before being overwritten).
Now, Aerity, I am not mad at you. Thank you for taking time to point out a potential theft. It's very important that modders and other folks on the forum respect each other and in doing so, that means not stealing from each other.
Pleaseee? :sad.gif:
Or at least ask them?

They should be as common as coal if not more so.

Thanks, but I didn't make the armor, Painterly did. Also, fixed your typo.

This happens because Minecraft is still using the default terrain.png for particles. PM me or hit me up on IRC later for a fix.
