I'm going to have to call it.
Silvers probably too busy with real life to work on this mod now, which I don't mind at all.
Real life should always be infront of side projects/hobbies.

It's been 2 weeks since he's even been online.
What with 1.2.4 breaking all 1.2.3 mods basically means that even if he was working on it... He'd have to start from scratch on 1.2.4.

I'm not really saying it's dead, just that I hope it's not and I'm just jumping the gun.
This mod is far too popular to just die, I know that some person would make a dirty conversion if they felt the need to.

But he hasn't been on in ages. That's what I'm getting at haha.
And yeah. That's my fiancée's mod for Fallout 3 and New Vegas that I took over when she lost interest and had at the time found a new job.

When you say Bukkit, do you mean a mod to affect the .jar, or a plugin for a terrain generator?

if your a good modder you should defiantly contact him because i really dont want to see this mod die

Updates have been to often recently, thats the reason so many mods are falling behind.

Can't wait for this mod to update! And I second the notion for a standalone generator. Perhaps it would be feasible to achieve similar results (temporarily) using Wedge or the block-replacer mod while we wait?

i just want to know. is this mod dead?

I had good luck
I found 2 buildings with tons of furnaces, and 1 home with 2 chests, one in the top floor, 1 redstone, the 2nd in the basement contained 1 bread, and the basement was flooded, so I had tons of water, and I had iron, so I made 2 buckets, and iron sword, and pick, and now I have 2 buckets of water :D(use MCNostalgia to revert back to 1.1 and download this )

ive been playing the latest snapshots of minecraft recently to try something new, but I miss this so much im getting mcnostalgia just for this mod so I can play it again. I hope that weasel starts updating this again or lets someone else take over. Otherwise I think ill have to find out where he lives and invite all the other hardcore fans of this mod to flashmob him.

He hasn't been on since the 12th, I think this mod is dead :-( again :-( somebody know anybody who would pick this up and update it?
