Skipping TileEntity with id Wireless Receiver <---- (Added arrows)
Skipping TileEntity with id Wireless Transmitter <----
Stopping!
This is what happened when I went to run Minecraft in CMD.
It ignores the Wireless Redstone stuff and makes it impossible to test the bug I got earlier (Crashing upon opening the frequency menu/right clicking the receiver/transmitter)
If you put all the files in the minecraft.jar
There should be a properties folder at %appdata% > .minecraft
If not, try to start the game and when it crashes, look again.
Whenever I right-click the transmitters and recievers to change the frequencies, my game crashes. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I would appreciate it if someone could help.
I don't know if you could do this but would it be possible to make the items look more like recievers and transmitters? I know I'm nitpicking but Im just curious to see how items like that would fit as big boxes are a bit bulky.

Also I have no properties file
I noticed you were using pistons mod, you'll have to change the block IDs for them to be compatible. You can find this in your %appdata%/.minecraft folder.
Let me know if it's not there and I'll upload one.

You have to provide more info as I cannot replicate this error. See original post. :smile.gif:

Yeah. I was planning on doing this and started barely a couple of versions back. However, I had to prioritize other areas of the mod. You know... limited manpower, limited time.
I might get back to it, but I'm not quite sure I want to change it anymore.
If I do, it will be added as an addon to the base mod.
They are all good in my opinion, so add everything :tongue.gif:
However, I voted other simply because I like this idea:
Having a.. let's say 10 L by 5 H block arrangement which will show the sniffer like it's a TV for people who want to do little message boards or TV type displays etc... :biggrin.gif:

Make that an addon, not part of the core mod.
:biggrin.gif:
Hmm, interesting. Possibly something that extends on the receiver block but listens to 64 frequencies and displays a 8x8 grid, or something like that... Would need a configuration GUI where you could maybe map which pixel represents which frequency.
It would be a relatively large addon though, better wipe off the white-board! :tongue.gif:
I get this error when i start minecraft with industrialcraft mod instald:

Aha. Seems like I'll have make packet IDs configurable via the properties file as well. Separating the client from base mod might also be a good idea. I will make sure to fix this for the next version.
This stuff is related to multiplayer. So if you want to use the mod with IndustrialCraft, it seems you'll have to use v1.0 for now. Which unfortunately does not contain properties file at all. Sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.
Thanks though! Would not have noticed that myself. :biggrin.gif:
A short demo of the Wireless Remote I've been playing about with today.
Sorry if it's kinda hard to see the receivers. I should probably have exited the GUI while they were lit. But if you watch closely, it does in fact work as intended.
I still have to tweak the code a bit before I release it.
I might release this before v1.2 if enough people nag me enough about it. :wink.gif:
EDIT: The spazzing out at the end is just me testing the expiration of the item. Instead of expiring on use, it expires on pulse.

Maybe make it so you set the freq. then left click or right click to make it pulse? btw 1 for you :smile.gif:
Awesome mod :biggrin.gif:. One thing that i would like to see though is an addon that would allow the transmitter and receiver to toggle between two different frequencies somehow.

HOW TO INSTALL AND BASIC USE:
Sweet! I think it works with Colorful Redstone as well. :biggrin.gif:

You are going to have to buy the game.
This mod is only meant to work with Beta 1.5_01, I cannot guarantee it will work with any other version.

Yeah, that would be better. I'll try that. :biggrin.gif:
What IDs did you give the blocks?
