I use MCPatcher so that I can use HD textures.
I have some other mods installed and I install them the regular way, you know, drag and drop.

My user account is not in the Security window, but the group Administrators are, and since I am an Administrator on the computer, I have full control of the files.
Hmm, tried using the HD patcher before the installer. Worked fine.
I've got a 64bit win7 with java 1.6.0_25, works fine too. Although it's a business version of windows, not sure if that matters.
What archiving program do you use?
I hate the installer... and its not working for me(can't extract ...jog from file) guy's, download the wireless mods from here and add it to .minecraft/mods... now its working for me...
I've been considering rewriting the installer to just package the mod into the mods folder instead. Would probably make it difficult to add 3rd part prerequisites though. Might add it as an option or something. Yeah... I think I'll get on that right away. Tired of this weird unreproducible installer issue. xP
Hi, I've installed correctly wireless mod on smp and ssp but I have a problem, I can craft transmitter etc. but when(on my own server) but when i put it anywhere on ground server kick me out with 'java.io.IOException: bad packet ID 235'. What's wrong?

Nope. Are you using some sort of mod that makes things spawn naturally?
No I am not. I just found a bunch of them scattered around my world and i don't know why.i guess it must a REALLY weard sort of incompatibility or something. Still an awesome mod though.EDIT i think i found out what is happening. I noticed that it was making blocks from other mods too. i looked at a mod i tried on that server and it turns out that many of my mod (yours included) Were using the same ids as that mod. so it replace the blocks with the old ids to the ones with the new one so there you don't have to worry. P.S. Wow that's a lot of typing for me
does this mod work for bukkit? just wanting to knwo because it doesnt say anything in the op about it being able to work as a bukkit mod also (no i dont mean pluggin)

unfortunately there is no 1.1 version so if you ant a bukkit compatible wireless redstone mod you have to use 1.0 :sad.gif:

May I see your ModLoader log? And Wireless Redstone log if it exists.

We at the RedPower thread believe that it's some weird case where the game somehow spawns the wrong blockID in a space. We've had had RP2 logic gate veins spawning in our worlds sometimes, too. Doesn't happen often.

Still working on it. Don't got as much time to work on it as I'd like, so it's going somewhat slowly.
