Honestly as far as big stuff goes it's all mostly done, we need to finish up textures, I need to animate a few more things, tweak the spawn limit (which is to say actually add one)... after that we're probably ready for the beta release. For the final I'll be finishing up a way to tame them, adding some conditional animations where needed, and the rest of it will be bug fixes.
Tell you what, we get 500 views before 4:30am I will comment out the incomplete portions of code and get the beta out.
What blocks? There are no blocks in this mod. As far as compatibility, it will have one or two new items, no new blocks, and a buttload of really pretty entities. It *SHOULD* be compatible with anything that is modloader compatible. The final release may require audiomod or I may switch over to forge, I have no idea as it stands.

wait so, does it work with the modloader in forge? and do i have to install Audiomod?

are those Ferns and that broken log i think part of the mod?
Yes, the log, fern, and the short grass are part of our mod. Most of the plants spawn on both land and in the water, the logs are biome specific (to match the wood native to the area, deserts have dead cacti). Currently we don't use custom sounds, so no audio mod is required as of this moment. As for forge, that's something I've been considering, I may just migrate over entirely, but as far as I know, it's compatible. Haven't tested that since Forge stopped requiring modloader though.
- Edit - Best example I can give is that it's entirely compatible with Better Than Wolves and BTW is supposedly incompatible with damn near everything

Wow, figured you guys dropped off the end of the earth, but glad to see you haven't. Looking forward to the 1.3.1release, as well as the gf. Now to pray you don't use tons of item sprites xD
Also, with 1.3.2 coming soon, are you going to release 1.3.1 and 1.3.2 or which? Thats why I hate frequent updates... always breaking mods
The texture pack is Summerfields and the only one I ever use anymore. We'll probably make it for 3.1 and see if it works on 3.2, also so far the only new item sprites is a fish basket and a net but thats looking like a crazy method for moving fish (ugh relays and damage values)... o and a spade to dig up plantsOh, and if someone wants to make banners I'll send them some more pictures to work from (I can make a front page, and texture mobs, but my banners look like hell)

Because it edits a shitton of base classes. Mods that edit little to no base classes are usually compatible with it.
