I made a small steam locomotive, a tender, 3 passenger cars. Then I went for a ride!
It was cool and gorgeous. You clearly are talented. However, I decided to jump of of the train and run after it (I had some stuff from Thaumcraft 2 so it was pretty easy). I kept marvelling my beautiful train until I noticed it was on fire! Then, KA-BOOOOOOM!
Gone were the tracks, the train and whole area in about 60 meters. For the love of all that is holy, what has happened? Good I always keep a save. This was the most random moment of playing Minecraft for me. Only a big, big hole in the ground remained (I shudder to think it could explode in my city...).
Was it supposed to explode like that? It was carrying coal and water, not enriched plutonium.
Edit: yes, I've seen the uranium powered ones can explode. But steam locos? I mean, why?

Coupling easier as in when i moved up with a few trains behind me, the trains disconnected.
Optimization as in sometimes the trains just go through each other instead of connecting. Also i get Internal Error when i use High Speed Locomotive trains.
You should be able to walk in the inside the passenger carts and use the workbenches inside the work carts etc.
So can u add them now I WOULD BE SO HAPPY AND THIS WOULD BE ONE OF HTE BEST MODS EVER EVER EVER!!!!

Downloaded 2.1. Can't couple steam locos anymore. Especially the tender seems to behave badly - never allows coupling between a loco and a cart. Going back to 2.09
I am able to couple the locomotives,please check that the mod has no conflicts with other mods.
you should try with a fresh jar to confirm if it is related to mod conflicts as some conflicts do not necessarily crash the game.

Eh, I don't know if this is what Azradun meant but the new tenders, in terms of coupling, are completely nutters. The same with the new minecarts. And when I say nutters, I mean apocalypticly crazy. It appears as though if you try to couple more than 2 carts together (I mean, connecting a 3rd car to the first two that are already connected) it will spaz out and attempt to go all the way around the line in the other direction to connect to the cart.
EX. (I would do a video but my drive is almost full)
(Please note I attempted to connect the "orange cart" to the blue cart closest to it.)
Also, I noticed that despite the new trains being wood trains (As determined by the tender), They will not accept wood logs. They only spit them out all over the place.
Other Notes/issues:
1. Heavy Steam Train (Not the American USFL 98) causes my fps to drop to about 3. I can still click on things, but they don't do anything (I mean like when you go to the pause menu, no matter how many times I click, I cannot get out of that save).
Other rolling stock that cause the same issues as 1.:
Livestock
All of the cabooses
The flat car with wood on it (2 by 4's)
ok seriously, i have been sitting here for hours doing this over and over and i still can not get all the trains to appear, i have done everything imaginable and nothing works. its seriously pissing me off, what is the problem? ive deleted everything and started over compltely and i still only get half the trains and half the cars and when i hit 'r' nothing happens so i cant even do anything with the few trains i do get. seriously what is the problem? No it won't. Might want to read both threads, and what they require, and in the case of Better Than Wolves, what it will and won't work with.
