You mod dose everything right in terms of Mob mods.
-The sound effects are default so they fit right into the world.
-The textures look good
-the spawn rate of the Mobs are sparing. And sometimes rare, witch is a good thing
-it's exactly the opposite of the RPG mods mod that I mistaken this for earlier.
What would I like to see in futur versions of the mod?
-GUI API implemented so you can turn on and off setting from in game
-ability to set if mobs are hostal or passive, this way if I wanted to re-skin the barbarian to be a orc and make it hostal, then it would be extremely simple, also this way people could use your mod as a templet for custom humanoid mobs, in there adventure maps.
I'm going to make new skins for my own personal use for some of the mobs because I find the Indian Chief a little over the top and borderline offensive.
But other then that, I think its great! You do everything right where so many others have failed. Less is more I say.
The only other "Mob" mods I liked was Mo' Creatures. Mo' Weirdo's would be cool if it wasn't so weird, I do like the guinea pigs, lol.
Erm... since Minecraft doesn't exactly take place in AMERICA... I think that, if -anything-, one ought to rename them as Tribals. Natives is fine, too... but there are a lot more 'tribal' groups than just those native to the American continent.
Granted, that has a bit of a negative connotation in and of itself... but only amongst so-called civilized folks... and let's face it. Nobody likes civilized folks.

Haha, yeah, Natives works just fine. I was just trying to make a point about the instinct people have to always throw "American" in there.
In reality, every native tribal society has a NAME... and if we all wanted to be truly "Politically Correct" we would just call them by that, instead of grouping them all together into one big faceless amalgamation. But since people only care about the PRETENSE of being culturally and racially tolerant... and use it as a means of creating drama where in reality there is none... I suppose it's too much to hope for.
At any rate, I'm definitely enjoying the mod! It's an excellent contribution to my Minecraft world. I wonder if I could get these guys to spawn using the Monster Spawner... >.>

Also may i suggest you make the battle axe weaker like as strong as a iron sword it's kinda overpowered so it would last much longer then an iron sword but do the same damage
i would download but there is no way i am going to give my information out to a website i have never heard of besides when i went to do one of the surveys to download it said there may be potentially harmful data so no go. Anyway the only reason i would download was for the sand thief skin (not against you or anything i just don't care for NPC mods)

Looks great! I know this is a long shot, but it'd be neat if the natives and such could build houses and start up little villages.. I know, that's not the point of the mod, but I can hope! XD
the natives should be friendly, the barbarians should attack everyone even each other, the bandits should try to mug people but just kill barbarians(what would they take?)

I tried out Humans+, the RPG mobs, and I think yours... All in the same day. And it seems as though I was mistaken.
