F%^#ing Epic... It features many of the elements I have always wanted in this game since Alpha. I hope some of this eventually gets implemented into the official release. Very original and very creative approach that doesn't deter from the the core look overly...
I seem to have a bug in which i can't collect blocks or any item that is dropped on the ground when i have this mod on (with no mods it works fine).Could any one help me?
I don't intend to bug you, however, this mod would be awesome on a server. If you need any help, I would be glad to do what I can to help you make it compatible. Again, this is not meant to bug you at all :smile.gif:
Thank you Flower for making this excellent mod. It's great!
If I might throw out an idea. I use a lot of dyed wool for building purposes but the process of hunting for flowers (especially red flowers) and then running around throwing dye on sheep, making shears, shearing the dyed sheep... well the whole process seems a bit stu.. silly and time consuming. Some sort of dyeworks machine or added function to the cauldron would save a lot of time. Maybe a metal vat that you could throw say 7 wool in with 1 dye and it would gradually over time dye all 7 wool. So I'd at least get 2 more dyed wool than the original method of throwing dye on sheep. Perhaps not the best example but hopefully you have a good idea.
If there was a way to mass dyed wool in half the time it currently takes with the shearing dyed sheep method, then that would be just tops.
When spinning a redstone repeater on a turntable the setting of how long the delay is on the repeater keeps changing to the maximum 4 decisecond delay, even if it's meant to be a different time
It might be hard to see, but the top gearbox and the axle directly beneath it have no smoke coming off them, and are not proividing any power. Help!
Actually, pretty easy to see... your gearbox is not facing the right way. The input (side with arrows) needs to face the source of the power, which is coming from below.

Oh wow I thought it just automatically put the input where there was power lol :smile.gif: thanks a ton :smile.gif:
That is really awkward though.. it put the input facing you...it really should be facing away from you. still an amazing mod though
This mod does not work with any other mods? Is there any way you can change that?
I have at least a dozen mods installed, and I don't use the same mods as other BTW users. Is there any way you can read the OP and wiki and start with a fresh (and current) MC, ModLoader, and BTW?
Myself and a friend of mine Icewolf have recently begun trying to set up a server with BuildCraft and Better than Wolves.
First let us say that we absolutely love your mod, and that we understand that you are very very busy with it. We also understand how you feel about Build Craft and definitely understand how you feel about people pestering you over SMP.
That is why we would like to offer to HELP write the SMP software rather than just pester you about it. If there is some portion of the task that seems incredibly mundane or tedious that you would rather not do we would be happy to do it for you.
Packet writing is a bit out of our league but we do have a good understanding of Java. At least to the point of being able to understand and modify code even if we cannot write it from scratch.
I look forward to hearing back from you. If you are at all interested please pm me back and we can set up times to be on TeamSpeak to work on it and what not. We have a shared dropbox of the work we are doing so adding you in would be no problem.
Of course if you are not interested at all, that is perfectly alright and feel free to just say "Bugger off" and we will not bother you with this again, at least until we make significant progress (if ever) on our own.
Cheers!

edit: Oh and we would not even dream of distributing said code without your permission. The end result of this work would be sending it to you and letting you do it, just hopefully with some credit to us for the work. Alternatively if you do not want us to even touch it, it is certainly within your rights to do so and we will abandon the project.
Help?
When I download the mod and open up minecraft the first time, it works just fine. But if I close it out and open it up again, The mod stops working. Why? The files just disappear from the file.jar.
Haha okay, i changed it. Yeah in highschool i had straight A's except for in English :/
Many, many diamonds for you!!!
I can't believe I made that kind of stupid mistake...Thanks,it works now!

Again, thanks for making such a superb mod.
Thanks, I'll take a look at that.
