As mentioned on the first page of that thread you're linking to - the clouds are part of a Texture Pack (See post #11 on the thread you linked) - has nothing to do with the mod itself really. Also the further view distance is already part of Optifine? :tongue.gif:
(And you can't add those links to img-tags, since they're not image links, they're webpage links..)
The "Fancy" Clouds are listed in the OP's To-Do List as "Better Clouds." It's NOT a "Texture Pack" thing.
The Image "Tags" Issue is because you're trying to use HTML tags instead of BBCode tags.
"My texture pack "Minecraft Enhanced" it's a 256x 128x Minecraft themed Texture pack it comes with the better clouds by default" - from the thread he linked.

Clouds are part of a texture pack ...
Using those Cloud "Textures" in the Minecraft Enhanced Texture Pack would NOT be possible without also using his Minecraft Enhanced or Minecraft Enhanced "Lite" MOD that the Minecraft Enhanced Texture Pack Thread refers to.
Without the MOD, the "Better Cloud" Textures from the Minecraft Enhanced Texture Pack would NOT work.
Both the MOD and that Texture Pack are by the same guy and that is how he decided to implement his "Better Clouds" feature rather than within the MOD itself. That way, people can use different textures for clouds instead of having to rely only on the ones that could have been built-into the MOD itself.

Sphax PureBDCraft Texture Pack includes a cloud texture, mind explaining how that is working then, when I'm not using that Minecraft Enhanced mod?
True; partly.
Yes, you need a texture pack that includes these new cloud textures, BUT as you can see I've used such a texture pack in both screenshots and something you cannot get rid of - without the "MCE-Mod": blocky clouds (I don't know how to explain it better, but if you compare both shots side by side you can see the outlines of the blocks in the non-modded version, while with the mod it's just the clouds )
That makes more sense, I suppose And without the "Better Clouds", you can see the sides of them? (Talking about the weird "sides" of the clouds you can see, kinda transparent and weird :P)
I wonder how my fps look like cause i got 240 on fancy and far so i should get great boost xD ty for the mod
Lol your computer is pretty buff :3 my computer never goes above 100 on fast graphics and normal fog (unless its a superflat world, cos that doesnt need lighting calculated much)
Optifine AA_C fails to produce antialiasing on my machine.
I have corrected my catalyst control settings for use application settings, but optifine AA still doesn't work.
Version A4 did work however.

Now starts the 'please update please' rampage from the 7 year olds.
LOL
Once again...
Please is far too kind of a word.
I think you meant to say "why the eff isn't this updated?!?!?"
Or, conversely, why isn't this incorporated into vanilla Minecraft yet?
sp614x should have been hired by Mojang long ago.
Yeah, notch render code is very crappy.
Does no n00b pay attention to what is written? Jebus... BE PATIENT.
