Are custom fonts currently working? Or am I using a old optifine?
All the labels on my items in the inventory have weird symbols. Help? This is annoying.
Optifine is not (I repeat, not) compatible with any snapshot released after the main release of 1.3.2 and this is the error I have been getting:

1) MCP is not updated for the Snapshots. Optifine (I Believe) cannot be updated without the MCP
Therefore: No MCP = No Optifine

Would it be possible for you to implement a 'Super-Tiny' render distance option?
It's just that even 'Tiny' render distance often (for me anyway) displays an aweful lot more than is really necessary.
In this picture for example, rendering anything beyond that black line is un-necessary.

What gave you the idea that it WOULD work on a snapshot? Surely not the author.
I have mccapes, Mcpvp offical mod, mod loader, antisteve and optifine. Optifine works FINE when im using ultra, but when i use LIGHT, it says "1 errors" and i assume that error is what causes the crashing.

Are you still working on Magic Launcher? I don't see you reply there anymore...I do see alot of people complain there, perhaps thats why I left it. Is there some place we can post/ask for features?

I have the "zoom" key bound to "Z". While typing in chat, or entering commands, hitting "Z" causes zoom to trigger.
Optifine isn't increasing my FPS at all. I'm not sure if i'm doing something wrong, but as soon as i load my world i start out at about 45 fps and then it rapidly drops to about 12. i have every setting on Fast, and i dont know if i configured something wrong or not.
My comp isn't that great, but with low settings like that i should get a lot more than 12 fps consistently. Using 4GB of RAM, Windows 7 (i know, not much RAM.) I forget the graphics card, but i can run Diablo 3 at about 30 FPS and WoW at 25 pretty frequently.

You may just need to allot more of your 4GB to minecraft. See my thread here, I got a big performance boost and am able to run OptiFine with much higher settings now.

Still, nobody should expect Optifine to be updated for every snapshot, that's kinda nutty.

MCP doesn't stand for MCPatcher. It's Minecraft Coding Pack (or something like that).
It simplifies the decompilation of minecraft so modders don't have to do it themselves. Saving every modder possibly days. Probably 90%+ of the mods you love would NEVER have existed without it and nearly every mod that is worth downloading relies on it being updated with each patch/snapshot.

After instaling optifine (1.3.2 ) HD light or whaterver on (minecraft clean + forge + supersloper) MY LADDER STOPED WORKING.
Canot climb ladder anymore WTF?

Fancy Fog can't be enabled on AMD cards due to reliance on a nVidia specific OpenGL function. Can we work on this and enable it for AMD cards? I have a 7970M and it should be more than capable.

Kind of sucks that OptiFine Light B3 isn't compatible with ModLoader or Forge. That's the only OF that even give any framerate boost (to me). My problem tends to be based in the CPU area, with a dual-core Pentium of 2.3GHz. 500MHz makes that much of a difference, especially for this game.

Dude, Ultra edition has everything that Smooth had, and then some. Just set that chunk loading option to "Smooth" and you're good to go.

Since when is MCP the only way to install Optifine? I use Optifine and many other mods and never used MCP.

MCP is a tool modders need converted to the latest MC version before they can convert their mod.
