Ok, seeing a couple of things here.
This is why it's crashing, I think: 2012-09-16 02:14:47 [INFO] [STDOUT] 1285: Out of memory
But, I think that's caused by:

It's loading some .zips that should be installed into the .jar
It appears to be grabbing them from a directory you're using to store mods.
Dunno why it would be doing that since they are in E: and you're running Minecraft from C:
I'll look at it some more but perhaps someone else has some insight?
Edit: spelling fail
None of those are installed wrong, I use magic launcher

Not saying you installed them wrong. FML for some reason is grabbing these zips out of the E: drive and using them.....maybe it's something that magic launcher does to load them and isn't the problem. I don't use it, magic can't be trusted. Anywho...

If that doesn't help then I'd bug sp614x he might be able to tell what the problem is.
It could be Optifine causing it to crash but it may be another mod causing Optifine to cause it, if you know what I mean.
Pretty sure it is optifine, I've run forge with tons of mods without optifine and don't crash, but even just having forge and optifine causes the artifacting and crashes

I do not know if it's already been asked, but I've been using the Smooth variant for my Minecraft, as it's the only one that functions for me. I note that hasn't been updated to 1.3.2... are there plans to update it to such?

Hello everyone, again, I'll ask this again since no-one answered me;
I'm a texture-pack author(unpublished, will soon), and am making a GUI texture-pack. Unfourtunantly, it seems to be looking for custom water, although I have none, so it displays it in a very ugly non-animated form. How do I make my texturepack use the default animation, without having to have people change their settings? Thanks!

Use the Ultra one, and change the chunk-loading to non-multicore. The Smooth version is inside of that(ultra version).
Hmmm, I'm still having that bug where clear water causes grass to spread to underwater dirt blocks... any hope for a fix to that? It's been around as long as I can remember haha

Let’s play good guys against bad guys… Yes. Let’s play that. Are you ready? You’re the bad guy. And when you’re bad, you just run. That’s fine right? Well… Shall we play?
It doesn't seem to like to let CTM use the mushroom blocks, could you per chance fix that, I'm missing out on a lot of blocks in SMP's 2264 texture pack
So, using this, custom drivers, overclocking, java parameters, and a mess of other tweaks, I managed to get Minecraft running at ~15fps with bursts of 20 or more at times on a GMA 500 powered netbook with a single core first gen Atom z520 at 1.3ghz with 1gb of ram playing at 640x480 resolution. If you dont know anything about the GMA 500 chip, it is, in all seriousness, one of the slowest GPU's ever made. It consists of a Power VR SGX 535- the same chip in the iPhone 3GS and 4. Not the most powerful devices at the time of release like 3 years ago, now this chip is trying to drive a 1366x768 display. Also, the Atom Z520 is roughly equivalent in power to a Pentium III of similar clock speed. Whoever designed this laptop should be shot, revived, and then shot again. Don't worry, I didn't pay money for it.
The Light version was pretty much useless for this task as only Ultra could provide the level of tweaking necessary to get this playable on tiny render distance with literally every option turned off at such a low resolution. Oddly, lower res textures packs like 8x8 or 4x4 didn't seem to help at all.
PS I can get up to 50FPS on the Skyblock map
Edit: Oh yeah, and about the drivers: The GMA 500 is one of the few chips made in the last decade and a half that doesn't officially support OpenGL at all. The hardware is there (lol) however. I had to build a custom driver using Intel's generic Embedded Platform (you know for like cash registers and stuff) driver package that would support my display.

If that's not the problem you might try updating the LWJGL lwjgl.org - Home of the Lightweight Java Game Library
Here's a little guide on the wiki http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Tutorials/Update_LWJGL

Soon?
This happens on the rare computer that, for some reason, hates Optifine.
This took a few weeks to update to 1.3.2. I hardly think they're going to be able to have a full release for every snapshot.
I'd like to agree with this.
It's now called Ultra, as is every other version.
Weird, I can confirm that Optifine and Forge work fine together
Will look.
There are a billion settings in OptiFine. You have to play around. Sometimes, one wrong tick box results in crippled performance.
OK, not a billion. But close.
I'm a pixel artist who makes pixel things and maps! I also do line art occasionally.
I have two work in progress resource packs!
This is the second one!
And of course, by "work-in-progress" I mean "will never, ever be completed".
I know, it won't work when I have it enabled in OptiFine, so I tried to enable it through MCPatcher and that still didn't work. What am I missing? lol
