Umm read it again. If I put a png image in there it pops a coding crap. And if I type the text I get no skin on them. I didn't put it in to minecraft.jar mob folder. Is that the prob? Am I supposed to just put the wolf skin in there? The png? Cause I didn't. Also if I do will there be the other pngs of the mods varieties of dogs?
Can someone help me?[/quote]
Your not doing it wrong. i had the same issue. The mod is just bugged to hell.

I wanted more dogs but someone messed it up with millions of bugs. I think this is probably the only mod that has been this bugged. Huge amounts of bugs enough to fill a truck.Nandonalt, fix your mod. This has the potential but it lacks varieties of dogs which is impossible to add for me,has loads of bugs, and had ridiculous incompatibilities.
Nandonalt, make it so you can ride wolves (not puppies) that are tamed with saddles, and so they are controllable, and they attack whatever you hit while moving!
Thanks for the mod, it's really fun.
Well, as a few people have mentioned before, there seems to be a health problem! It seems that the max health may be set lower than before and they end up losing health (lowering their tails) after only about 5 seconds. Do you know what causes this or if there is a fix?
I also have the health bug. Every time I log in, my wolves lose health, and their tails drop VERY low. I feed them all, but the next time I log in, they lose their health again. Is there a fix for this problem?

I have been testing out the mod and the mod has a problem with breeding. First I tested the breeding and it worked. Now i breed my dogs with their cloths on and it crashes.
Yeah I have this problem too,
Ironically, this mod was supposed to make Wolves much more fun,
But in the end, it actually hinders their survival by not allowing us to feed them.
I don't think this mod actually has too many bugs, or at least, as many as people are saying. The only major bugs i've noticed is the fact that even aftering feeding the wolves as many porkchops as possible, their health goes down in a short time. Also, I've never been able to have a sucessful breeding pair, and I've used many pairs to test it. I honestly love the mod anyways, because of the colors and backpacks, but the major thing that needs to be fixed in my opinion is the feeding/health bug.
im not sure whether this is the error report or not but if so could someone tell me what is wrong with it

Sorry if this was asked before, but does this mod work in SMP?
I asked it, but no one responded. =P
no they're names are erased when you log back on and if you have them sit and walk far enough away they're skins change. they also change every time you log in

Catch my drift?
A 32x32 texture pack that keeps faithful to the original textures, items, and gui.
Do it again. There will be no survey.
Thanks for the mod, it's really fun.
