Put the files into minecraft.jar, then delete META-INF. Or vice versa.
Can someone pm me the full version on how to install sticky* pistons. So I clicked the original version and on youtube tutorials they said that I needed modloader. Then, this thread says just an update. How do I make sticky pistons able to be used in multiplayer?
I know you've heard this 1,000 times but congrats on getting this actually put into the game!! You have really good ideas man, keep them up! Maybe if you make a few more mods like this one they'll be added into Vanilla aswell :laugh.gif:
any chance you will recreate how the pistons are powered?
The vanilla pistons broke my wave machine and rebuilding it with them would basically increase its size by at least three times.
To whom who does not know what I am talking about.
The old pistons were powered once a block besides them was powered while the new ones are only powered once the block itself is powered.
For my wave machine I have a redstone line and directly next to it my pistons. With the vanilla pistons this does not work any more while the old ones would nicely be activated.
p90 it may not exactly be a answer. But I would suggest possibly looking in to redpower or wireless redstone. Both mods should allow you direct power on the side of the piston, and with even more control.
Cool mod and all, but when I add the class files it doesn't work?? I've got 1.7.3, too many items, single player commands and I'm sure they don't conflict so??? can u answer me? :sad.gif:

Don't install the to.class file, just the jq.class file. the to.class file is conflicting with your too many items mod.
Throw the to.class and jq.class file into minecraft.jar and delete META-INF. Note: If you're using the Shelf mod, don't install to.class. Your shelves will become pistons.
something completly random, probobly consisting of the word epic at least one. Examples, "Epicness in a can" "Wall o' epic" "Epic episode III, the return of Epic" etc.

I meant shelf mod...got them mixed up when typing that.
Avid redstone engineer, mostly with pistons. Latest thread: Piston Trains Revived If you find my post useful, click the +1 button! It shows other people that the post may be useful to them. Of course, it's completely optional. *cocks gun*

to.class has nothing to do with TooManyItems.

Sounds like a user error to me.

Sorry, I didn't quite catch that:
Could you say that again?
EDIT:
Also, to Hippoplatimus,
What do you mean by "allows sticky pistons to be chained"?

Sticky pistons by default only pull when they are an entity. Now, there is simply a sticky side, and they pull anything attached to said sticky side.
almost anything, i tried sticking one of my wireless redstone receivers to it and it didn't stick.
me too :sad.gif:
it says saving chunks then crashes
