I posted this on the Millenaire forum, but thought I would post it here too:
Firstly, thanks for your work on this mod. It's quite excellent!
Is anyone else seeing this issue?
When I open my inventory and have Not Enough Items open, every 5-10 seconds, Minecraft will freeze for 1-5 seconds.
If I remove Millenaire and create a new world, the problem goes away.
I'm having trouble with the Alchemist Creation Questline.
In "The Experiment", when I try to detonate the explosive using TNT, the TNT manages to explode but almost immediately the game crashes. When I load the world the results of the TNT explosion are seen (the redstone laying around), but the explosive is still there. I tried lowering particles and all that but it's still the same result. Is there a way to bypass this quest so I can keep going? Maybe I can go Creative mod and destroy the bedrock myself?

Hi Millenaire thread
I have a question I haven't been able to find an answer to on the wiki!
I am approaching 80 mods in my modpack, to which I think "whoa there cowboy I need to trim down on things!"
The Companions Mod adds mercenaries, but then if Millenaire adds something like mercenaries I don't need the Companions Mod. -So Does Millenaire add hireable warriors?
As is advertised it's possible to have Millenaire villagers in your base now, so I thought maybe also mercenaries was a feature. Now that I'm on this subject; any other ways you can benefit from the villagers?
I posted this on the Millenaire forum, but thought I would post it here too:

I've noticed something like this too. On my machine it appears the Millenaire custom spawners do not have a texture that NEI can render so it spews an exception to the log while those items are visible in the NEI windows. If you move off the page with the spawners it generally stops.

I would like to list a number of bugs in version 6.0.0 (1.7.10). That's not all, but I'm sure it will help you.
- No translation of Indian texts (in earlier versions they were present).
- Do not hang tapestries.
- You have added the ability to create two types of villages - in the usual way (houses already was planned in game) and personal, where you can build your house. So, I chose the first option, and after all are generated maximize I started architecturally designed new Projects. However, they are not automatically installed, and I'll have to build them.
Also, there is a problem with the interplay between the ropes with the villagers.
I'm sorry for the bad English.
And I would suggest idea of adding a game the opportunity to marry.
<snip>
And I would suggest idea of adding a game the opportunity to marry.
I made a way to marry a couple of versions ago, it was a little bit buggy but if you know how to customize Millenaire buildings and whatnot you could remove any of the bugs. The concept was that once you reach a high enough reputation you can pay a dowry and buy a wife and she comes with a house. The mechanics of it is that it is a player house that can be bought and in the code of the building there is a woman who is assigned there.
Hi, I have a problem. The mod isn't loading. It installed fine, no forge errors or anything, when I load Minecraft it appears under the mods list, but when I start a world, it doesn't work. No start up message, no ability to press 'v', nothing. I've checked the creative inventory, and none of the items have their actual names, it looks more like an ID. I've tried spawning a village with the wand, and that didn't work either. I also tried using the seed b. There is no error log, and the game's log says nothing either. I'm using the recommended version of forge, millenaire 6.0.0, as well as the following mods:
Tinkers Construct, Mantle(for TC), Mine and Blade 2, Twilight Forest, Smart Moving, Quiverbow, Thaumcraft, and Baubles, which miseriously appeared in my mods folder after I installed all of the other ones.

Baubles comes with Thaumcraft, so that explains that one.
Your above error with Millenaire sounds like you are playing on a server that doesn't have the server version of Millenaire installed. If you are playing on a server, note that there is a different Jar file that you have to install on the server vs the client; it's not a universal like most mods. You can find it on the same page you downloaded the client version from. If you are not using a server, then can you post a Forge log (use spoilers or Pastebin), please?
If I may ask, how does one use a past bin? I can't use a spoiler because the log is too long.
pastebin.com
Go there and just copy and paste your log file in (although it still might be too big, you can do it in multiple parts). Then just copy and pate the link to the log in a post here.
The only thing that I see that might be causing some problem is this line:
[15:47:20] [Client thread/INFO] [STDERR/millenaire]: [org.millenaire.common.MLN:loadConfig:1002]: ERROR: Could not find the config file at C:\Users\Noah\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\mods\millenaire\config.txt. Check that the millenaire directory is in minecraft/mods/
It says that it can't find the config file for Millenaire.
Your millenaire.log file might have some information too. It's in .minecraft/mods/millenaire/

That was it. I had everything in a folder inside the mods folder, that was why. Thanks for the help.
Im stuck in the Alchemist quest, Spreading Knowledge (that one in wich you need to deliver a book to a norman village) no one seems to accept the book; no dialog appears to deliver it. i tried giving it to 2 military and 2 artesanal villages. Im using version 6.0.0

Did you run out of time, doesn't that one have a time limit?
Quote from Block_PicksjumpWhat I don't understand is why there is no English villages.
A Saxon culture was considered and talked about at great lengths but it was agreed that any Saxon culture would be way too similar to the Norman culture to be bothered making, of course though Millenaire is quite customizable so you can always make one if you want, or if you are looking for an American culture my Inuits are available but I am waiting for a modder to help me import some items to release my next version.

スーパーマリオブラザーズ
I made a way to marry a couple of versions ago, it was a little bit buggy but if you know how to customize Millenaire buildings and whatnot you could remove any of the bugs. The concept was that once you reach a high enough reputation you can pay a dowry and buy a wife and she comes with a house. The mechanics of it is that it is a player house that can be bought and in the code of the building there is a woman who is assigned there.

Tinkers Construct, Mantle(for TC), Mine and Blade 2, Twilight Forest, Smart Moving, Quiverbow, Thaumcraft, and Baubles, which miseriously appeared in my mods folder after I installed all of the other ones.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, m19
Baubles comes with Thaumcraft, so that explains that one.
Your above error with Millenaire sounds like you are playing on a server that doesn't have the server version of Millenaire installed. If you are playing on a server, note that there is a different Jar file that you have to install on the server vs the client; it's not a universal like most mods. You can find it on the same page you downloaded the client version from. If you are not using a server, then can you post a Forge log (use spoilers or Pastebin), please?
pastebin.com
How did you delete the town?
Did you run out of time, doesn't that one have a time limit?
A Saxon culture was considered and talked about at great lengths but it was agreed that any Saxon culture would be way too similar to the Norman culture to be bothered making, of course though Millenaire is quite customizable so you can always make one if you want, or if you are looking for an American culture my Inuits are available but I am waiting for a modder to help me import some items to release my next version.

It has a time limit, but it says that i have like 1047 hours left to complete it
