Tried to install and dang it, got the not enough terrain sprites error message. So consider this post another vote or encouragement for Forge support.
Thanks
Try install ItemSpriteAPI, it increase the sprite limit to 2560 now.
And Millénaire doesn't seem to work with ScotTools v13.2, I got this error:

How do you get quests? I have one thing that pops up each time I start. It says I have not started my creation quest yet. I need to talk to some Indian village it says. However there is only this japanease village near me. I found one guy to sell trade with, and another guy who says my reputation isn't that good yet. Nobody asked me to do anything in particular yet.
I found a glitch, when you have a enchanted sword with fire aspect it appears to cause the villagers to respawn
I had a diamond sword with Knockback I, Sharpness II, and Fire Aspect II, and the villagers would respawn when I killed them with it. Im guessing its because of the fire because when they die from fire they are supposed to respawn.

There are single quests and the Creation Quest which are many quests one after the other. You can find normal quests in nearly every village, but you have to start the Creation Quest in a Hindi village.
If a villager has got a quest for you there is a label under his name.

Yep, when you haven't dealt the damage points that killed them with your weap they will respawn. Even the damage dealt by Knockback I (if there is any) will be counted as "natural" death
Can someone tell me what the ID numbers are for Millenaire?I'm trying to make this Compatible with Battlecraft.
I can't guarantee this is the entire list, but:
180-186 are the blocks, and then it appears 1771-1812+ are the items. I think 1812 was the end before the Japanese culture was introduced, so up to ID 1820 or so probably covers anything they might have. The config file says "item_range_start=1515" but I think that's not accurate.
Went to place a Norman village near another placed village, neither myan, and this was the crash I got:

I'm using Industrial Craft 2 with this mod and the key for one of its tools (the laser) is the same key used for Millenaire's Quest List key. Could someone tell me how to change the controls for this mod or IC2? And yes, I did try going into "settings > controls" in-game, there's no option for either one there.
Go into your .minecraft folder. There is a config. in the millenaire folder that lets you change that and other things. You should read the WIKI. :smile.gif:

That sounds like what can be considered a bug, I wonder if it is possible for this to even be fixed... maybe a time limit? Like if you hit them once and live but then die in six seconds by something else then they stay dead?

And on the 13th day of the 11th year of the 2nd millennium, Notch said "The cake is not a lie!"
I'm working on a adventure map and while I was building a village appeard. I don't really wan't a village. lukely the damage was smal but how do I stop them from spawning?
Remove Millenaire? Either that or edit each text file for each village and remove where they spawn. Though I think there may be a new command to add to the config file instead for easier turning off the village spawning.
Is there a way to increase the amount of time it takes to re-spawn the villagers after they are killed by other Npc's or fire/lava instead of them just coming back instantaneously? It would be nice to have them take 5 plus minutes to respawn or one full ingame day.
I have looked through all the documentation and searched this topic. All I have found out is that in past releases of the mod, there were respawning problems or no respawning at all.
It would be great to be part of the editable config file or in each individual villager file to have the ability to
Something rather strange is happening in my game: Multiple villages are generated really close by each other at the same time. What will happen is basically that I walk around and if I get into an area suitably large for villages, up to four are spawned right next to each other in an instant. Also as far as I've seen all of the same culture. I don't think this is intentional.
Because you are in an alternate dimension and the lifeforms here aren't going to look like humans.
Kinn is currently looking in to various mods that alter the sprite limit, Forge is one of them.

Send PM to Kinniken.
For some reason, there are other.. odd things going on with Millenaire.
Houses lacking sides, for instance. I have to close them up:

This.. thing that happened on the roof of one of the town centers for the hamlets:

And a sheep farm never being built, but the mods seems to believe it has been (pic was taken after an "upgrade"):

I've come to a hamlet in Millenaire to find a cow farm's walls all messed up when I'm pretty sure they were fine before.
