hello i have a small little problem, i was making a map (its a map for the mod by the way, so heads up) and with the update to 1.4.2, i noticed most of the portal items images were changed to this weird looking thing and i couldn't see any of the kinds of cubes, they were still there but invisible. what is this, is it fixable, more importantly?

Well we need a error report to see the issue, just saying you got a null pointer doesnt help us much

What is your issue? Also ichun is completly rewriting the mod from scratch, to help people out with lag and such with portals

i also just wanted to say that i know all of the mods except for portal and gravity gun are working perfectly, but when i put either of those in, i crash.
your mac is being stupid, you'll need to zip up the grav gun mod and the portal mod for them to work right
I seem to be having a problem. I checked the Q & A about it, no help, mostly installation stuffs. I seem to not be able to change the portable blocks (portallistids, as is refered to in the config file). I may have typed it in wrong, but the config file doesn't explain how to do this very well. I don't get crash errors or anything, it just doesn't use the changes I made. Could someone help?

1. Mac doesn't change anything other than how you go into the MineCraft folder.
2. Just have the guy clean his Minecraft folder and such, install forge and reinstall the latest version too! Then install the portal mod by easily dragging the file into the mods folder.

You dont unzip the zip folder,just place into your mods. If thier is nothing in thier redownload it, and try it.
You change it by opening in a text editor like wordpad or notepad or something like that. You can change the info in thier, boom you changed it

i also just wanted to say that i know all of the mods except for portal and gravity gun are working perfectly, but when i put either of those in, i crash.
wait for Redpower to update to 1.4.2, you can use frames to make something like that...
your mac is being stupid, you'll need to zip up the grav gun mod and the portal mod for them to work right
1. Mac doesn't change anything other than how you go into the MineCraft folder.
2. Just have the guy clean his Minecraft folder and such, install forge and reinstall the latest version too! Then install the portal mod by easily dragging the file into the mods folder.
Please help I need a mod for this mod to work
