install minetweaker 3 mod then load the game and type /mt tooltips
if is not working just do /minetweaker help or /mt help and see what the proper command is ..something like tooltip or tooltips but you need to have the mod installed. is one of the few ways to get the actual item name that the code is using.
i have minetweaker 3 installed and there is no command like the one you are talking about. ver 3.0.9b by the way.

Check you have the latest version of dynamic lighting for your version of minecraft
Check game controls allow you to use L to toggle dynamic lighting on, and do so if necessary

Hey guys, I am trying to add light values to projectiles from other mods, such as scepter charges that have been fired from botania mod. I am using 1.7.10 mod rather than 1.8.
Is there any way to make Terrafirmacraft stuff work with this? It changes around item IDs so the weight system can work, so torches and other vanilla items don't work.

Thank you so much! I once played a mod pack with a mod similar to this, but it was part and parcel to the Map mod, and that map was not updated. Having light to carry with me again is so comforting... Thanks to you, I'm not scared to mine the deepest caves with my wolf safe at home! =^..^= I hope that when the combat update comes out, you will be able to update this mod. Having a torch in one hand and my pick in another will make mining even less dangerous for me.

I think it's a grey zone. I mean, the server cannot tell you you are not allowed to increase your brightness, but if you do, you will even get more advantages than with this mod. But this is a base Minecraft setting you are allowed to set, it's a part of the game.

i installed the shaders mod and its all fixed, my graphics card doesn't seem like its capable of running shaders though, so i just have vanilla lighting with the shaders mod installed

there are 3 or 4 names for code objects that are being used in minecraft
theres the class object name ex: bucket, torchBerries
theres the registered name which is modid:objectname ex: TwilightForest:item.torchBerries <---- you need this one
theres the localization string which is based on object type ex: TwilightForest.items.item.torchBerries.name
and then theres the localized aka what you see in the game ex: Torch Berries
there's also metadata for variations of the same object: ex wool (white) wool:1 (i think is black)
for vanilla items you can omit mod name ex minecraft:bucket=10 and bucket=10 same thing for Dynamic lights will make both light 10 blocks
but for mods you need full registered item name ex: TwilightForest:item.torchBerries=11 makes it light 11 blocks anything else won't work

delete all the dynamic lights config files (6 or 7 in your .minecraft/config.) and let them regenerate upon start-up.

all the blocks in my inventory become dark, any fixes?
