- renders client unable to play Multiplayer as of now
- Armor Light Items only seem to work when not wearing other armor
- decreases FPS by ~20
- Light updating may look funky, you may experience black edges and all sort of random stuff
- Light updating is improper, you may have flecks of light staying despite the light being gone, and only fixing when you break/place a block or re-light the area
Only the first 2 are really fixable on my part. And i will fix those, once MCP got updated to 1.0.0. FPS will likely get a lot better with Optifine, once that is updated. Light Updating probably too.
I have this and I can play multiplayer

I tried installing this mod (it looks awesome, and I wanted to do a video review of it), and it will not work for me.Minecraft 1.0.0, I've literally tried every method which anyone could tell me to do, and it still doesn't work.Solution please? :sad.gif:
Really? Well, when i tested i had all 3 of my mods installed, so ... perhaps its another, or a combination.
Whats the problem with multiplayer for you?
I have no problem since I got invalid keycode fix

This does not work with the newest version of OptiFine for 1.0.0. I had to install OptiFine first then Dynamic Lights or patching would fail when using MCPatcher. When I did that it would launch just fine but nothing i was holding gave off light.(Touches, redstone dust, lava bucket)
I do not like mcpatcher.
Lots of mods are incompatible with.
Could i use OptiFine instead?
No.
Reason is it uses mcpatchers way of patching the game to get the mod to work. So optifine wont work

Great mod!
Does this add any visual modifiers? (How the blocks render)
Whenever I play regular Minecraft, light updates instantly because chunks don't rely on individual light renderings (or something). Now with this mod installed, light acts like the ones before 1.8.
I just want to know, and maybe it can't be fixed because Dynamic Lights rely on this change.

It is not hard. You did not try everything. Follow the instructions.
Beyond my power, unfortunately. Optifine will probably improve updating intervals, though.

" Optifine should maintain full Dynamic Lights compatibility unless i break it. "
In which case, should we be expecting an update sometime soon to fix Dynamic Lights compatibility with Optifine?
i guess ill have to do without :tongue.gif:

MCPatcher is missing a certain feature as of now for Optifine compatibility. I'm on it, though.
