:biggrin.gif: I love your mods! idk if this issue's been covered yet; but being rather fond of my crops not suddenly despawning; i tried to set all "Settings.xxxxxGrowthChance=y" to '0' in the .ini and that just causes Minecraft to crash with no error report. I was wondering if you could fix this when you're able/point me to a solution that i'm not seeing with turning this feature off? Any help is appreciated ^.^

Actually I don't know why i didn't think of that.. though, i've never had a problem with crops dieing before this mod; I'll give it a try and see how it works! Thank you!
For ****'s sake people. This has been answered TIME AND TIME AGAIN.
FOR APPLE TREES ONLY
Go to .minecraft/Mods/Xie and open the "farming.ini" file with notepad. Turn ALL THE VALUES IN THE FIRST SECTION TO "FALSE" INSTEAD OF "TRUE" to turn off features you don't want. If you only want apple trees, it should look like this:
Alright Xie, I think I got the last of the icons done. I also threw in the popcorn because I dunno. The file got opened so I drew it. I haven't been able to see what the corn looks like full grown as my corn keeps stacking on each other instead of growing to the final stage. I'm tempted to let it go and see how high it'll get.
Did I miss any?
Edit: Oh wow, that click to view thing is going to be annoying. I'll put these in a .rar. They'll have all the images I've made for the farming mod, including the ones Xie has already packaged up in there. Except cotton. Cotton is here:
Really great mod, especially when used in conjunction with your cooking mod. The one thing i hate, thought, is the fact that the fruits and veggies aren't stackable.
Perhaps something to even this out would be a sort of basket tool? You could craft a few of them, and you could store, say, 5 of a certain type of produce in each. Then, to get the food back, either right click on the ground a couple times and the food would pop out, or place it in a crafting grid (i'm not sure which would be easier to do from a modder's standpoint).

Did you download his food stacking mod? It lets you stack them in your inventory. Doesn't work on the action bar though.
Great mod Xie, I luv it. Loves it too since he has to jump all over my tomatoes.

I'm sad. This great mod doesn't work with PlasticCraft, too great mod... Please fix it...
Post the eventual error report, it makes your problems easier to solve. Are your sure you have no conflicting block IDs? Remember to download MoreBlockIds. Hope this solves your problems.
This is a long shot, but if I edit the .ini to cut down on trees or crops, will that keep the game from filling up the terrain.png? I finally upgraded to 1.3 and decided to try the rest of Xie's mods, but this one has so many sprites it overloads the game.
TL;DR, if I mark a tree as false, will the game still want the sprites for that tree?
Can you give me the updated apple trees only mod?
Also, how do you install it?
Thanks in advance!

It's not that hard, if you bothered to read the OP or any of this thread at all.
