How rare are they supposed to be? (in the nether) I have been looking for 4 hours now in the nether and im wondering if its supposed to be rare or common?
First off, I really like your mods, and will probably download more of them when I get bored with these ones!

I have the neko mod working (well, minecraft runs correctly anyway, I haven't gone looking for any cats yet), but I kept running into a problem when trying to get the succubus one working. After fiddling around, I found that the problem is the new RenderSuccubus.class file that makes them glow. Minecraft works with the original, but when it is replaced with the glowing succubi one, it wont go past the black screen.

I'd really like them to glow. :3
The single file you download for this version has glowing automatically on, so you shouldn't install the glow patch.

If you're callin' about the Mobtalker scripts, I no longer have access to them.
However, it's been getting tempting lately to put together a modpack that includes CustomNPCs, so I could definitely work in something along the same themes in the modpack's quests. Feel free to give suggestions of mods that promote an experience which minimizes mining grind in favor of exploration. I'll likely have to include Grimorie of Gaia to provide good models (No I'm not gonna directly change the default mob models)
Just a quick suggestion, most might think this is stupid but all well here goes; Maybe rather than kill you if she gets close, the Succubus forces you to follow her, and prevents you from fighting back. The Succubus will lead you to the nearest bed if there is one, then force you to lay down in it, making your frantic attempts at escape futile. Then, when the screen fades completly, and this is the part that I think is going to be near impossible, it transports you into a sort of "dream world", so it can drain your life. In the dream world, you are alone with the demon, and it will track you down and begin to drain your life rapidly. This is more to represent the idea of it draining your vitality while you sleep. If there is no bed on the map, it will behave as it does now, just killing you. But I think it actually forcing you towards it is a good idea, and maybe you open doors and destroy blocks that are in the way of it, so it is as if it has "seduced" you. Again, just an idea.
Can you make a version that only kills nearby aggressive mobs (Creepers, Spiders, Zombies and Skeletons (Ogres, Wraiths, Lions, and Wolves if including mo creatures)? Because an instant kill to anything in the area means I am not getting this until my horses are safe
Don't worry, it only specifically kills things declared to be monsters, which does not include most animals. Wolves might be considered monsters, but things like horses and bunnies certainly aren't.
If you want a version of the succubus that doesn't attack the player, you can download this file here: http://www.filefront.com/17812554/Succubus.class
The auto-kill ability is completely taken away, but she will still hunt other monsters one at a time, protecting you during the night and constantly becoming stronger with each kill.
just replace the succubus.png with charlotte.png in charlotte mod XD
trying it now
well here's the image of it...charlotte seems naughty.

I've started a game, and have yet to see a succubus (lots of cats though!). I'm looking forward to it.
There is, literally, only 7 minutes in between these two posts. Are you really that impatient?
The update was released just today. FFS, Wait a few days.
It will tell you in the description. Just in case you didn't read it.
