When going through a trigger that is linked to a music block. Music is in .ogg format.
Does it happen every time, to any trigger that is linked to a music block? Have you tried with different .ogg files, such as the ones provided with Minecraft? (cat.ogg and such) Haven't had this issue personally, and run w7 64bit.
This may seem silly, but who's up for starting a new topic dedicated to support, so this can be just for comments, suggestions/requests, and updates? (Heck, I think this mod deserves its own board or even forum.)
@Cryect - suggestion: Wind/Fan blocks. Generate wind or underwater current that pushes the player and other entities away. Effective for a certain distance or until the flow/current reaches a solid block. Possibly de-/re-activate-able via redstone. Yay/nay?
Have tried 2 ogg files (1 is default to minecraft, just renamed from calm1.ogg to calm.ogg and one i converted) crashes. Walking through it in debug mode is fine, just when i go back to test it by disabling debug mode it crash. I am only linking 1 trigger to it.
Tomorrow will be reading over the posts of the past few days been busy with work and just focused on coding today.
[*:3snut4oh]Mob spawners now can spawn more types of entities.
[*:3snut4oh]Music fade in and fade out can be controlled and more can be seen.
[*:3snut4oh]Fixes items not being usable if a block is highlighted
[*:3snut4oh]Fixes locked doors to not have lapis on the bottom and top
Yay! Now I can spawn all the mobs I need. On that note, when you do implement item spawning into it, do you think you could also make it so we can choose the block ID for the FallingSand entity? I'm imagining falling spikes right now, hehe.

Very cool, thanks so much! I'm psyched. Probably a good thing you didn't read over all the most recent posts. You might end up with a small migraine when you do >.<;.
This DEFINATELY does NOT work on a mac The installer does absolutely nothing (tried both of them) I have tried in every update but it never has changed and to be honest ITS HARD WAITING FOR THIS ISSUE TO BE FIXED
I do believe you may have the directory to minecraft.jar wrong for a mac or something. If you can't fix that then maybe make a specific installer for mac? PLEASE FIX
Steel_Pig, I was able to confirm on my friend's MacBook that this does indeed work for Mac. If you're having trouble with the normal installer, use InstallerLogin.jar
Ideas that keep popping into my head and won't stop unless I get them out here -
Multi-trigger systems - a memory block that is tied to multiple triggers pointed at one objective. For instance, you have to hit four buttons to open a door. Option to set the order of triggering so that you have a sequence puzzle to solve.
Lit triggers - triggers that give off light or stop shining when activated. Where a row of normal triggers would be good to spawn an enemy or surprise close a door, if there were a specific spot that needed to be hit to open a door, such as at the end of a jump maze or something that needs to be seen across the room, you could use this to mark the area. Optional colors to choose from.
Distance triggers - visible triggers only activated by the boomerang or arrows. Lights up or changes color on activation.
Environmental triggers - triggers activated by fire, water or, perhaps, temperature change. Could be used above Netherack to be lit as a torch or below a spillway to react to flowing water.
Timed memory - Memory blocks that only last for a certain, adjustable amount of time. Used with triggered doors to make the player hurry across a bridge or, used in sequence, to make a vanishing pillar jump-puzzle. Optional audible count-down timer.
I'm trying to keep my ideas constrained to variations of things that are already available in game, meaning they wouldn't have to be made from scratch. Of course, I have no idea how to program or code anything, so what you do is like unto magic and I have no idea what's possible.
Cryect, I've found yet another bug. It seems food will heal you above max health. I caught on fire and ate a cooked porkchop, and I noticed that for a few times I took damage from the fire after eating the porkchop, my hearts didn't decrease. I tested this to make sure it wasn't some fluke or just my imagination.

No, no, no.... I already installed it but it doesn't work, and I can't find the file listed in step 2 for 'other OS'.
I really, REALLY want this mod/map thing but I cant use it :sad.gif:
Oh, that. That's not a file. That's a terminal command. You have to enter that into the terminal.
Nup tried that :/ I also could not find a single modified file after using the installers BOTH OF THEM!
Maybe a manual install guide would be nice.....
I have tried 20 times (Literally) And yet no luck..
I used your exact specified terminal command and i get the same error that someone in a previous post had (From Terminal NOT from minecraft)
And i have tried to redownload it so i don't think any problem solving ideas will work here :/
EDIT:
Arbiter_Archon (Something like that i believe) Was the other one who is encountering the same issue i am.
Here's a technical description of the music blocks' Fade Out and Fade In times, since they're a little vague, and maybe not what you think they are.
Both of these parameters only apply when that particular music block is triggered, and basically occur at the same time.
Fade Out: The time the previously-playing music takes to fade out, if there was one.
Fade In: How long the music which is assigned to the current music block takes to fade in.
This means that you can't directly control the fade-out time of the track you're setting up to play, but must instead set it with all the blocks it will be fading to. Hope that makes sense!
Poor, poor Macintosh users. ;j
@Cryect: Falling sand does indeed spawn in a corner -- the upper-northeast corner of the block specified, to be exact. Seems like the game then snaps it to a horizontal block coordinate (to the block specified) before it becomes visible. Therefore, if there is a block directly north, northeast, east, on the defined spawn coordinate, or directly above any of these four blocks, sand and gravel will not spawn. This means a 4x4 space is required to spawn a 1x1 block =X. Minecarts, TNT, and boats also spawn in this corner. These five items would ideally spawn directly above a block within the specified selection area.
Edit: Sand can fall through untriggered doors, unless it spawns directly above them. Is it possible to keep sand in falling state when spawned above an "invisible" or rather untriggered door, and to change it to falling state when the door disappears? If so, that can be a roundabout way of creating water gates, light switches, etc.

Should I have posted this earlier?
This is the EXACT same error im having here it's not the way we installed it (ive re-installed AND DOWNLOADED it about 20 times) Cryect needs to fix something to make it work :/ In the meantime all mac users will have to suffer while a fix comes IF it does.
How do i '1. Run "java -Xms1024M -Xmx1024M -cp bin:resources:.minecraft/bin/jinput.jar:.minecraft/bin/lwjgl.jar:.minecraft/bin/lwjgl_util.jar:.minecraft/bin/minecraft.jar -Djava.library.path=.minecraft/bin/natives AdventureCraft"'
Oh yes, Cryect, a couple more bugs I'd like to report, not sure if you're aware of them. If you have a triggered door powered shut from the beginning, when the blocks get reset upon death, they open up. This can be really troublesome. Also, the bats' sounds sometimes 'echo' like a ghast's would, that is to say, even if you're far from the bat, it sounds as if it's right in front of you.
How do i '1. Run "java -Xms1024M -Xmx1024M -cp bin:resources:.minecraft/bin/jinput.jar:.minecraft/bin/lwjgl.jar:.minecraft/bin/lwjgl_util.jar:.minecraft/bin/minecraft.jar -Djava.library.path=.minecraft/bin/natives AdventureCraft"'
Anyone Know?
open the terminal/commandline thing and type it in.
Thank you :biggrin.gif: but the witch installer do I use? If I use the installer.class nothing happens :sad.gif: and if i type the installer.java i just get a bunch of code and if I type it into terminal nothing happins :sad.gif:
Also cryect maybe find another way for Mac users to run the program cause i do believe the terminal command is causing issues for some of us. I do believe there may either be a bug in the terminal code (The one you posted) OR in the installation process for mac
