I was the same problem than the Guy above.
Just re-download Risugamis Modloader, aparently he did a minor update.
I re-downloaded Risugamis Modloader and now it works with all the other mods

All the recipies seem to be working fine, and I have the latest ModLoader installed.
I installed it with tfc's and the only other mod I have is Xie's farming, and I fixed all the block conflicts without going over 256.
However, when I try to place any block, my minecraft freezes and shuts down without any error message.

You need Shockah's MoreIDs (also known as BlockIDs+) for IDs over 127.
Scroll down to HiddenDoors in the OP, and click the "Shockah's BlockIDs+" link under Download. (since there's no search function anymore).

You have to delete the .Minecraft folder in Appdata, then download minecraft Again.
THEN install Risugami's Modloader.
Remember to make a backup of your saves.
Gotta love those moments!
Bug, yes, but kinda intentional because I don't want to edit the jukebox class.

He's wrong, you can just delete the bin folder and run the game to get a clean .jar.
