On loading world, saving chunks is pissing me off.
I'm gonna post this one more time in the hopes that maybe someone can offer advice
I can't possibly be the only one experiencing this, but SPC causes quite a bit of lag for me. In plain old vanilla MC I'm getting an average of 232 or higher fps on the max settings (all particles, far draw distance, etc.) but with SPC installed, I can watch my fps plummet to around 23, occasionally dipping into the 2-4 fps range. I've tested this on both newly generated super-flat worlds and "normal" random seeded worlds. Anyone have any idea?
Just a couple PC specs:
Windows 7 64-bit
Intel I5-2450M @ 3.1 Ghz
8GB DDR3 RAM @ 1,333 Mhz
2GB NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M
750GB 7,200 RPM Hard Drive

Dear cookiedemkp, I have the same problem too, and the way I fixed it was by removing spc, and then upgraded my video drivers to 8GB NVIDIA GeForce. Perhaps you could try that. Mine went from 5 fps to 136 fps. Hope this helps.

Thank you much for the suggestion! Currently I will be unable to do this but in the near future this may be a viable option. I'll wait and see if anyone says anything else, but if not I may try this and see if i can get my fps back up
Can you make a list for the older versions please cause I need SPC for 1.5_01
On page 1 of this thread (you should read all of it), in Downloads section (Previous downloads),
you'll see all versions of spc there. The links work fine.
Dear simo_415,
I love your single player commands mod. I have a suggestion, though...
How about making a 'fixwater' command that fixes all flowing water, like the kind that gets all on we Minecrafter's nerves?
Have a nice day,
Harry_Minecraft
You should also read all page 1; you can fix water flows via a WorldEdit command, /fixwater <radius> included in spc.
All commands are listed in page 1
------------------------------------------------
* It's unbelievable how many people don't read the instructions or watch tutorial videos; you'll find valuable informations there about the mod (this one or anyother one). Modders work hard to provide all informations needed, but they won't read it to you. You should always read the first post and here, Simo did a great job, everything is there (commands, videos, links, etc). I'm browsing this thread for a while now and I still read questions that their answers are obviously shown on page 1. A lot of People are too lazy to read the instructions!
Bravo to Lou for his solid, direct and efficient answers.
Bottom line: READ intructions!!

You MUST install SPC before Forge.
Install SPC then Forge and the /instantmine command quits working.
Install Forge then SPC and Forge crashes... You don't like black screens?
You might try reinstalling Forge, maybe that'll work.

@ Harry_Minecraft; TNTQc (thanks for the kind words) is right but you must be careful it's possible drain an entire ocean or flood an entire world with WE. Please read carefully the Command List WorldEdit Commands. The very first command "//limit <limit>" prefaces any macro that might significantly impact my world. I find a limit of 25000 sufficient for most tasks.
Added 23:55 PDT
The //undo may save your bacon provided MC doesn't crash or you don't quit MC.
The //fixwater command is a radius... A little goes a long way, a radius of 5 effects 121 blocks.
Anyone else having problems with the /spawner command making the spawner spawn nothing?
A few hundred.
Go to the top of this page, in the upper right corner you'll find your avatar. Below that and slightly to the left is a search function that's preset to search this topic (it's true for every forum you visit). Boil your question down to one or two words and type them into the search window, hit enter, read a few of the returned answers and you'll probably find a good answer to your question. Here’s a plus, answers are instantaneous.
Hey. I have a question. I have minecraft version 1.8.1 beta. I downloaded the program and installed it to my .minecraft folder. However, it doesnt seem to work for me. Is it v1.8.1 compatible?

You have to install the proper one! (read instructions)
can you add a command that allows you to change the biome in a selected chunk?
That would be the "//setbiome" command from worldedit. Also, this information is reachable via the search bar (USE IT) AND reading the FIRST post on page ONE.
Worldedit comes included with SPC when you install it (properly that is).

I could be wrong but think //setbiome is McEdit not WorldEdit.
How do i make worldedit start? it seems like whenever i do //brush or anything like that it says thats not a command.
It's only a beginning. Page 1, post 1, Command List, WorldEdit Commands, Brushes.
