For the issue with World Edit and Creative mode ...
Use SPC to toggle to Survival mode, select your region and then switch back.
Frankly, between World Edit, SPC, the default Minecraft difficulty setting and one's inventory mod of choice .... You don't need to be in Creative Mode unless you're looking to break Bedrock.
Does SPC have to be updated for the CUI to work in multiplayer? I know this seems like a silly question, but I would rather be safe than sorry. I'm a mod on a server and the CUI is very handy for region protections.
I found a bug that is frustrating me. For some reason, if you patch your minecraft for textures with the mc patcher and then install DEV SPC 1.2.3. I get black screen. Too Many Items works fine with a patched .jar and the DEV works with Vanilla minecraft. Why is there a problem with mc patcher and spc?
It is very easy. Just open the SPC file you downloaded and your Minecraft.jar (if you don't know how to get to the .jar, click on start amd typer %appdata% and press enter. Click on the .minecraft folder and navigate to the bin folder inside. The minecraft.jar will be there). Then drag the CLASS files from the SPC file into your minecraft.jar, do not drag any other files in your .jar. Delete the META-INF folder in your .jar (stops minecraft from running if there's mods installed). Go back to you bin folder and drag the Worldedit.jar file into the bin. Now if you exit out of everything and start Minecraft it should play.

Ahh we both probably should mention that you'll need to make sure the snapshot is renamed to "WorldEdit.jar" without quotes for it to work.
Use SPC to toggle to Survival mode, select your region and then switch back.
Frankly, between World Edit, SPC, the default Minecraft difficulty setting and one's inventory mod of choice .... You don't need to be in Creative Mode unless you're looking to break Bedrock.

Anyway, can't wait for the official update!
It is very easy. Just open the SPC file you downloaded and your Minecraft.jar (if you don't know how to get to the .jar, click on start amd typer %appdata% and press enter. Click on the .minecraft folder and navigate to the bin folder inside. The minecraft.jar will be there). Then drag the CLASS files from the SPC file into your minecraft.jar, do not drag any other files in your .jar. Delete the META-INF folder in your .jar (stops minecraft from running if there's mods installed). Go back to you bin folder and drag the Worldedit.jar file into the bin. Now if you exit out of everything and start Minecraft it should play.
