Hmm not sure if anyone else is experiencing a bug with the mini golem blocks that it's thrown remaining an entity? I have had it happen a couple of times, once was coal ore and another time it was stone. I cannot even break the blocks in creative. They are just stuck as an entity.
I've also got problems with aggressive tamed big cats, I tried to breed them anyways and the food was not consumed, some hearts still popped up but nothing happened. The two big cats were a panther and a leopard, I was using a whip on the ground to control them and I tend to change the game difficulty a lot while I'm playing, if any of this information matter.

Same, every time I tame a big cat, including manticores, they come of age and start attacking me when I'm not in peaceful. My heart breaks every time I have to kill one, it's grimore of gaia's monstergirls all over again ;-;. And I was so excited to start breeding them. BTW on the subject one feature I wouldn't mind being added is a way to make my animals sit that doesn't feel like animal cruelty, what with the whip and all. I feel like a monster every time i want a wyvern to sit or something. Q-Q

Oh my goodness, one of my favorite mods, being updated 😀. Now I have one question will this be affect 1.7.10 also, and can Wwolves be tamed.(please that's all I ask 😣:( )
Drzhark I had a thought of could you add a mountain lions in the mod and the model can look like a big cat but smaller and thinner also you can tame them with pork and beef.
P.S. do think you could small wild cats like bobcats ,lynxes , caracals and servals ( can the serval and caracal live in the savannas and deserts. ) let me know what you think .
I started working on the 1.9.4 update last night. There were many changes to Minecraft in 1.9 so it will take a while to port it. I have about 2500 errors left to fix (I'm not exaggerating). However plenty of times many issues are fixed at once.
Perhaps I'll work on 1.7.10 first as it may be faster than 1.9.4

Most 1.9.4 mods work also in 1.10 & 1.10.2, so, we should get lucky.
We haven't heard if DrZhark changed direction to backport 1.7.10 before moving to 1.9.4 yet.

Forget updates, I'm more concerned about bug fixes for the current version. You can't tame big cats without them going hostile on you! That's like a third of the mod rendered useless right there. Like if you couldn't tame horses without them attacking you. And this includes manticores too, so they're rendered pretty much useless on the very update they came out in because you can't tame them without them attacking you!

The obvious crucial bugs have to be fixed before porting to a new version (or backporting if DrZhark decides to start at that point). It's nice to have all of the animals to look at, hostile or not, but that's a pretty massive 'functionality' deficit.
Ooh, another idea besides a way to have animals sit that doesn't make me feel like a horrible person, in fact it might make a good debut for it: A gorrila mob. Tamed with leaves, insects or sugarcane. Even maybe make a compatibility with Pam's HarvestCraft so you can use bananas and banana products as taming, breeding or healing items, like meat with cats. Perhaps even include a mythical variant (as the good dr seems to tend to add. Manticore with big cats, wyverns ALL DEM HORSES) that's like king kong. You can ride on their shoulders, have them hold things, and have them follow you around and protect you. Maybe even have it where they can use weapons with the whole opposable thumbs thing.

Is it just me or the CustomMob Spawner doesn't work? It crashes everytime I try to "perform spawn"

Someone else mentioned this *cough* 'little' glitch a few pages back but no one has said anything about. The bug fix update hasn't fixed it either.

Does anyone else think the Manticore tails should flatten out while they're flying? They just seem a bit bulky as they are now.

There's a bug. Whenever I want to breed a dark brown with white on the head horse by white horse and the brownish white hair horse.
It gave me this. I try to breed again but no success having the tier 1 dark brown.
Is it bugged?

dude i kept getting atacked by a bigcat when i tame it and when it grows up it attacks me
Yes, we have made no small issues with that bug. Hopefully doc is well aware by this point.
