Well, I either don't think you are in the biome which horses spawn in, or, you can adjust the settings in the options.
Step 1: Press ESC while in-game to show the options and all
Step 2: Go to Options, then you will probably see a "Global Mods" tab or when you first press the "ESC" key.
Step 3: You then go through each tab and adjust each one to your liking. Once done, press back all the way until you see the "Done" button at the bottom and press it. Once you have done that, things might change. To spawn horses, Find "Horses" and click the box to the right of it to make it max so it will spawn more often than the default amount of horses. Hope I helped :smile.gif:
First of all
1.I find horses bunnies crocodiles turtles normally (with default settings)
2.I know how to open the options menu for Mo creatures
3.And yes im in the right biome (They spawn in taiga forest extreme hills and plains and i guess swamp biomes to)
Ok the guy in the video said he was using winwar and said it was free but when I looked it up it costs money. Whats the other one. (Btw thx so much for helping)
True you need to buy winwar but the free version is like the full version except you can only have winwar for 30 days until you buy it if you dont wanna buy it use 7-zip its the full version with no money needed go ahead and use winzip if you want but that one cost money too

Um, there's a ton of animals that I'm just not finding in some biomes, yet they're there in others, including ones that should be there, like deer and birds should appear in pine forests I think. And even when I mess with the settings to change it, it doesn't help at all, not even in the biomes that they do sometimes appear.
Do we still need to put in the bat file if we used linux to host in regard to SMP server ?

The Reaper of Deth has come to judge everyone.
He has seen you, and he doesn't like what he sees...
Would you consider adding new sounds for the horses' steps? I think it'd be cool if the horses' footfalls sounded different from the player's. I'm really pleased with the neighing and whinnying sounds, good work.
Here's a horse running over gravel:
Here's one for grass:
I can't find a good one for stone, but there's an ok one at 0:41

Before, all the animals used to spawn in all the biomes. However since the number of animals has increased, I have changed the spawning and you won't find everything everywhere.
i.e. Horses spawn only in plains, forests and tundras
I'll post the list later

There are more proper ways, to have it automatically start when the server starts and so on, but we don't use/need that. You can google it, but that line will get it running at least. You don't need the bat file, though, no.
ChangeLog
-The mod is now dependent on CustomMobSpawner, to fix the broken spawn issues.
It no longer modifies the spawn rates of the vanilla mobs, however they will still despawn.
-fixed bug with turtle hissing sound
-fixed croc jaw snap sound bug
-fixed game crashing bug
-fixed bug with horse name dissapearing after riding it
-adjusted spawn rates and biomes for entities
-added the option to tame baby scorpions. You can easily tame them just by picking them. Once tamed they won't despawn, and will attack other Mobs.
i have a challenge that even the great Dr Zhark can't hope to beat, a Graboid mod, as in the mosters from the movie Tremors, or at leat something like them, it would be the first underground mob in the game minecraft to my knowledge, seems like a chalenge for you, and you seem to be the guy to ask, I'm just gonna toss this out there and let you mull it over, it'll be alot of work probablly, but im sure you can do it :smile.gif:
We tamed three cats last night, and through the course of the day, due to various glitches, we've lost all of them!!!
Mine disappeared after I carried him up from the mines and he was just wandering around, then went to eat food, and after getting up for eating food, I started hearing a spam of angry cat mews and noises. I wasn't even doing anything, just tons of angry cat noises and just like that the cat was gone. So we're kittyless again :sad.gif: What's going on??
I updated to the latest version, and installed the custom mob spawner thing, I followed the directions(I put the zip folder in its proper place like it told me to. I start minecraft and it goes to the title screen just fine, but when I start up a world it just says "saving chunks" for like 10 seconds then it crashes.

Please update to 2.14.2
DOS bat files don't work in Linux, but Linux has something similar called shell scripts.
This is the command you need to execute the server if you do so from within the folder that has the server jar file:
java -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -cp craftbukkit-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar org.bukkit.craftbukkit.Main

Think I will be on here often? Haha no.
