Are you still planning on updating the Tornado Mod for 1.3.1? My youtube series is waiting on it to be updated! Thousands of people are awaiting this mod to be updated!
Update to 1.3.2 is coming along, moving blocks are still glitching out, and when others connect in they can only see the flying animals and blocks dissapearing but it's looking decent for the client side! Once its out it will be for FML / Forge

Congrats! This is my favorite Minecraft mod of all time because I love tornados. I have a question, if other players install the mod, will they see the tornado as well?
The bolded section is the one you change, notice how I changed wind_active to false compared to the non-bolded section, which is there to give you the default values.
You must modify the lines on the bottom of the config file, here is an example from my config file.

Coros, I had a suggestion for your Weather mod since it is still in development. It would be cool if there was an option to enable tornadoes to destroy tall buildings without dying. For example, I built a two story mansion, everytime I spawn a tornado that hits the mansion, it dies about half way through it. It would be nice to have an option that would either make tornadoes stronger or have the ability to destroy tall objects.
