I like those dates, my only complaint is that currently Wave 3 is four days while Waves 1 and 2 are only three. I think they should all be the same length.

Jam is starting tomorrow and no one has said anything!? Where is your spirit people!? I might be participating if I have time but I'm mostly excited to play all of your maps and record them on YouTube like I have for the previous two maps! Looking forward to it
I have a really good song for this jam but I won't be able to start until tomorrow afternoon. Hopefully a lot of people participate in this one as I think the theme is really cool and unique!
I have a song picked out that I'm pretty eager to use. It's actually very light on lyrics (only four lines in the entire song), but I think it can work really well for this theme. I'm still not positive, but I'm probably going to be participating in Wave One starting tomorrow.
I am wanting to participate in Wave 2 of Jam #9! This is a cool theme I could really work with, plus get me back into mapping! I'm going to record it all and speed it up for a video on my channel (in my sig)!
Not that much done, but the overall terrain for the main area is done, the items are made, some mobs... okay, maybe I got a bit done. Still a long way to go though!
I only got one area done today (I started at 4 PM where I live, it's now midnight).
Not complaining, though.
Current progress: The first area out of five (the last one being the monument) is now aesthetically complete, as well as the spawn room. I'm hoping to at least get areas 2 and 3 done tomorrow.

I'm also suddenly quite a bit ahead of schedule as far as map construction goes, so hopefully I'll have a lot of time to playtest, meaning you end up with a more balanced map. Woo!
Sorry to say this, but I'm dropping out for now. I was a little busier than expected, and as a result, I fell behind probably to the point of no recovery and my motivation is dwindling.
I still plan on finishing my map, as I really like how it's coming along so far, but I'll be doing it on my own time.

Maps based on songs is an interesting idea. Going to try for Wave 1 with Wave 3 as a backup if something goes totally wrong or something.
