Im doing a map and i want to delete with a button dropped items. is that possible?

You can use MCEdit to select the area of the map, then click 'Clear entities'

Or wait for 5 minutes for dropped items to de-spawn.

You could set the block that the items are lying on to lava and then instantly remove the lava using command blocks.
