Yep! Just press select a couple of times until you find something that suits it :/ If not, there are a couple of great suggestions by other people above, so you could use those instead too
Considering the increase in difficulty in patch 1.6 that most CTM maps have failed to account for, due to the perfectly understandable excuse of the map being finished before the patch came out, is it recommended to play in patch 1.5 for CTM's that aren't updated or released post-1.6?

Every bloody CTM map series boasts that it's bigger, longer, and harder than other CTM series. It's almost as if it's a **** measuring contest. (bigger, longer, harder...)
Nah, people forget strength potions gained a massive buff. You can 2-hit anything with a wooden sword and strength 2, and 1 hit anything with a diamond sword.
Edit: Experimenting with stained clay a bit, does this block-combination look alright?
It looks quite nice, add a bit of dirt there if you want to give it a more gravelly feel, I think Stained Clay is going to be the new sandstone

It'd be better if you could somehow replace the coal with a more redder block, but if not, I'd go with Skeeto's suggestion and get some grey stained clay blocks in there, cuz the coal does look kinda out of place :/. Other than that, it looks good!

This area actually makes me not want to TNT all stained clay so i dont have to see it!
Maybe some fences the blend into nether fences around the coal could help around the coal?
Howdy CTMers! I'm in need of some inspirational ideas for a new name, replacing 'Fallen Civilization'. Some people have been complaining about how overused 'Fallen' is in some maps as it has been used for a few of them. So a new name change is necessary. Drago's already suggested 'Necro', which is what I am currently going for. However, I'm still going to ask you guys as I'm sure you can create lots of creative names for me to choose from.
I can take all the names you can come up with, and I will decide on the one which appeals to me most. The name could be one word long up but it can't be too long! Keep this story in mind when choosing the name, and make sure the title actually makes sense with the lore. Here it is:
"Fallen Civilization is a Team Deathmatch, Gear style map inspired by Lyzak's Rift. Buildings and towers made up the village located in the lush plains which once existed. Months later, during the darkest of the day, the ghosts were resurrected by dark magic, casted by a necromancer who invaded this land. The ghosts roamed the land for weeks, unseen by the locals, until they finally absorbed the villagers' bodies. They are now known as Sand Knights.
Then, the necromancer summoned a fierce sandstorm. It violently struck the land, killing many of the young plants and transforming the lush plains into a desert nightmare. This land is still cursed with the terrifying dangers underneath the sand to this day."
Some ghost/spirit related names would be best for the map, and a reference to the sand would be perfect if you can. Thanks!

Your logic is flawed. Sandstone and stained clay serve the same purposes, but in your opinion sandstone can be a base block but stained clay can't? Imagine that cave being made out of sandstone instead of clay, I have a feeling it would look a lot more boring. I tried surrounding the coal with stone, but it looks worse.
I see nothing wrong with using hard clay as a base block, it will add a lot of interesting colour variation which hasn't been seen in CTM maps before. I think it would be particularly interesting combined with sandstone to make deserts a little more interesting.
Im not a huge fan of the clay, but I feel there great for just adding that little bit more to an area, As a base block, It would need to be with some other blocks, But overall I think there pretty good
I'm going to be using light blue clay for an area I'm doing, and the blue clay really suits the feel of the area. It is, however, used with sand, stone and potentially end stone, so isn't just used as a flat colour.
I think Vitto's got the right idea by using multiple tones of clay rather than just one, but I still think something else needs to be thrown in there if he does wanna use it as a base block. If you're adamant about not using stone, then use feesh blocks or something. I personally like the orange but am not keen on the red, so would replace the bigger mass with stone/normal clay then speckle the orange clay in. Then there can be parts of the cave that have more clay than [stone], if you see fit.
I see nothing wrong with using clay as a base block providing it's used with something else and isn't made to look flat and uninspiring. They can be used as a base block as much as stone can, and even stone needs variation to look nice.

Iceberg still needs a bit of work, but it's getting there. I'll fix it up another day.

Ive been working with clay quite a bit lately and after a bunch of feedback from Torien, Skeeto, Dylan, Flash and Awesome this is what I came up with :). It is the starter area from TGP#2 Skyline! Thoughts on the use of clay here? Also creds to Krose for the ceiling as I have seen a similar style in a recent pic of his but im not sure if our methods are the same.
Uhh, so it seems my post didn't save for some odd reason, so let me go over it quickly.
