The amazing Carloooo has allowed me to use their amazing build in SI Wasn't planning on this at all, but saw the build, explored it, and had to see if I could use it!

That. Looks. Awesome.
If only it could move.
But this reminds me of a boss I battled once.
Albeit this is off-topic, I remember all of those games that are in your avatar...you sir are my new hero...
Someone really needs to make a CTM map that has some references to games like those. The REAL games, not all this CoD nonsense.
Can I make references to Minecraft?
What would be on your list as real games?

Every bloody CTM map series boasts that it's bigger, longer, and harder than other CTM series. It's almost as if it's a **** measuring contest. (bigger, longer, harder...)
I just DLed it
Wow, that's huge. I wonder how you will make it fit in a CTM map. You could literally place a whole 16 wooler or five inside of it.
Yeah, it's insanely massive. It's going to actually be part of the massive Desert-based intersection I was already planning, that oddly enough didn't have a wool in it. I chopped an area I didn't have much of a plan for, for that bad boy. I've done some pretty large areas already, but this one... Damn.
Hey, I need some help, is cobblestone a good base block? I tried it and it looks kinda weird but I kinda want a second opinion.

I would say that unless you're going for a volcano-ish map, then no. I would use a more natural block - smooth stone, sandstone and dirt come to mind - instead. You could also try a unique block type - like netherrack - to make it interesting.

I was planning for it to be a castle-intersection type thing. Netherrack seems to sinister, stone is too mainstream, sandstone is just overused, dirt looks ugly, end stone looks too bright, stone bricks are a possibility, end stone looks too bright and obsidian is just way too dark.
I need a list of possible base blocks, anyone has one?

That is quite possible the absolute greatest castle/citadel/creature that will ever be used in a CTM map.

I used the smooth stone slab which I beilive is either 43:8 or 43:9 it looks pretty good in my opinion
The spawner lines in Lush Ruins also looked amazing too! The flames looked amazing seconds before my ultimate demise!
Lush Ruins is way to much, end of question. When I play a map I want to complete conquer it, no one has the time to do that to Lush Ruins. If you looted all of Lush Ruins you could get a double chest of diamond armor (maybe more).
I think vechs should make lush ruins a map on its own in which you get scores from the amount of exp you obtain also its hardcore. I wonder if someone could get like 200 xp lol.

Spawners do give a ton of exp, I'm sure 6000 and the monsters that would generate would be plenty for 200 xp.

If I'm going to be honest, if I have to search around that entire thing for a single wool, I don't care how impressive it is. Make it contain at least 3 or have lots of resources that make it worth exploring.
Also, what is the theme of your map? This could end up being a completely random addition that is just there because it looks epic.
Inkstar has a similar structure and only a small part of it was 'playable area,' I hope the entire thing is utilized well.
Sorry if I'm being too harsh, but someone has to be a critic.
It's planned to be the only access to Gold in the map, for starters, and should fit in nicely with the Theme of the third intersection anyway. I can only spare one wool to place in it, but I definitely plan to place a lot of valuable resources within to make exploring it quite worth it. It also serves as the third Intersection within itself, so you'll need to locate the other two areas within it as well (Which won't exactly be too difficult anyway).
The third intersection is themed to be a massive mining site, abandoned and derelict. You travel to it by Balloon from the previous area, by direction from the man who has been 'guiding' you the whole time.
The Agamemnon will contain a massive twist to the story and open it up more for me to explore it in unique ways, and I have plans for a lot of pretty crazy mobs already, with valuable drops too.
Quick question: How do you create the fast, weaponless skeleton spawners that I've seen in some maps? I have an area in my upcoming map that seems perfect for it, but I don't know how it was made and whether I can put some custom amour on it.
Worst comes to worst, I can just make a skelly spawner with speed holding nothing; but I prefer not having any particle effects...

Actually, I'm pretty sure the mob was being used BEFORE Kamyu's Custom Spawner™. Also, I've tried using the tool already; it's really buggy, and I still don't know how to actually make it.
For some reason that picture reminds me of...
But that's my normal FOV...
