where is the save folder i cant find it?

Its in the Minecraft folder.

i have tried everything everyone says it still doesnt work. any help please?

I opened my minecraft folder and put the map in the saves folder, and went to play minecraft and it wasn't there, and i tryed to force update. what do i do?
