Videos
Gameplay video can help you when you are stuck. There is FAST FORWARD section in description under the video so you can choose the part of the video you need!
Rules
Singleplayer
You beat the game only when you find the chest named “The Lost Treasure”
Tips
Opening inventory (“E”) and holding cursor over the item sometimes can give you more information about that item
Carefully read all the books you find because they reveal the story and can help you where to go next
The Pirate Map (images section) shows where to go next if you are lost and use it only if the books haven’t helped you, the map does not reveal all map destinations (it is just some help from the start of the game)
Keep your items, maybe some of them you will need later, you can drop some unnecessary food or some stones (at the certain time dropping items can help crossing the obstacle)
Options
Difficulty - at least EASY
Render distance - MIN 8 (normal)
Dynamic lights (optional) - FANCY (torch can help illuminating everything around player when held in hand in the night or dark place)
Optional
Resource packs - Any resource pack with realistic sky
Have you enjoyed the map (this is my first map to post public and I would like to hear your opinion)
How many Easter Eggs you have found and which one
What the next map should be about (I have already 3 maps in beta stage: The Golden Apple, Interstellar and The Cursed Train, trailers will be released soon)
I'm going to be completely honest with you, the map seems to lack depth and failed to really grab my attention. The video, however, was gorgeous in the way you portrayed your map and the effects you used. I can't say that the storyline lacks because I haven't tried the map, but I can definitely say that your map needs to have much more to do and has to be far more unique for it to stand out amongst the hundreds of others out there. The jungle scenario is a bit overused as well. Try terraforming new biomes or creating some awe inspiring builds!
Lots of people would most likely go into the map expecting all of that to be laid out for them, only to leave when they realize that a lot of the beauty was only in the video itself.
I hope nothing I said comes off too harsh, as I'm honestly only trying to give some constructive feedback. If I ever have any spare time, I'll make sure to try out your map and tell you how I feel after playing it as opposed to just how it looks.
I'm new! I hope this is the right topic
