The mini swamp dungeon is nearing completion! Since I added in a few new fish catches for the area I decided to do an update to the fishing system ^^
Area region now dictates what you can fish up (instead of things being slightly different on an area by area basis)
Added fishing advancement tab
Shows what fish you have caught
Shows total amount of unique fish caught for the different regions
Contains advancements for catching all the different types of fish in each region, which also rewards some exp

I'm pretty happy with the fishing system for now, though there will likely be even more future updates to it. The new region doesn't have a ton of new catches to it so I'll likely be adding to it over time. I also might do things in the future like every 20 fish guarantees a new fish that you haven't caught before, season/time could influence catches, randomly spawning fish schools which also influence catches, and I might add in some sort of rare fun trophy fish.

Also, will junk tier items have an actual use or are they purely useless? I'm holding the ones I've got just in case they get a purpose.
Could this map possibly have a class based system? It likely won't due to the fact that you obtain custom gear as you go through the adventure, but perhaps different classes could be "proficient" with certain weapons, while "clumsy" with others. For instance, a knight or barbarian wielding a sword or shield gain strength buffs but have a weakness debuff when wielding a bow or light weapon, while a rogue or archer would gain speed buffs while wielding light weapons but have a slowness debuff when wielding a heavy weapon. Or perhaps they could have their own special skills that could be upgraded later on? For instance, an archer could have a multiarrow attack that fires multiple arrows at enemies, a knight could have a special defence skill that gives everyone near them a strong defence effect, or a rogue could have an invisibility move that allows them to move stealthily.
Super quick update on things for you all! Some note worthy things from recently:
Added world explorer advancement - Shows you what areas and how many areas in total you have visited out of how many there are in total
Updated the overworld - The new areas are locked and show up as ??? until you visit them once

I've decided to keep giving out breakable weapons from time to time, future armor however will likely never be breakable (For reasons like it's super easy to not notice when your armor breaks, all armor in the map is leather and will break even faster later on, etc.)
In some future update I'm likely going to be adding in "secret dungeons" and they will likely replace the "area challenge" idea that I was thinking of. Basically hidden in areas would be secret dungeons which re-uses a lot of things like the mobs and theme, but will be way more challenging and will have greater rewards.
I started messing around with the Optifine side of the RP even more today. In the future you will likely start to see multiple different textures for mobs that I couldn't have multiple textures for before. I also tried messing with adding on parts to the existing mob models, but I'm still not sure if I'll attempt to go down the custom mob model route.
Anyway, I'm actually going to be releasing v0.2.0 of the map with only the swamp dungeon and the new field area. The town area will likely still be accessible but there probably won't be much of anything in it. I just want to get the next map update out there sooner rather than later with how long it's been, and also with everything that is coming up soon. (Christmas, 1.13, etc.) v0.2.0 might also be the last version on Minecraft 1.12. I'll likely try and push for some minor updates when I can after, but no promises for a v0.3.0 until Minecraft 1.13
I can't wait for the 0.2 update... I'm so bored at school right now and need something to do in my spare time
Mithey, would you recommend starting the map over since so many things have been changed/tweaked? (first dungeon, systems, fishing, etc.) I don't want to miss anything you added because it's such a great map.
Also, you posted the pictures of all of the chunks being put together. Do they look like that in the game? It was very weird to just see nothingness behind the buttons

Hello, Mithey, I think the "Terra Restone 1" and "Terra Restone2" you made are very, very good! They are all legendary CTM maps. I think the best maps I've seen so far are them. So, can I take them to China MCBBS? And can I open the download address in China? I know you are a handsome and smart man!

Mithey I've finished 0.2.0. I've enjoyed what I've seen so far. However, I've tried looking across the whole of current Nira and couldn't find the Lava Base secret. Could you give me a hint? Also will the level cap still be 10 when the Lacean Sanctuary becomes a full dungeon? Another thing what is the purpose of the emerald blocks and jump boost potion?
Update: I realise that the emerald blocks and jump boost potion are just to help the player explore the Swamp. Should have realised that earlier.

I updated the download link with version 0.2 of the map. I'll be updating the whole post and everything soon when I can. One thing to note, Realms is having some issues right now with uploading the map due to certain function folder names for whatever reason. As such you can't use Realms right now with the map, but I'll see about doing up a quick temporary fix for that soon. The Realms team already knows about the issue but I'm not sure when it'll be fixed, especially with the holidays essentially being here now
